Approximately 1100 square feet including ground level storage room. Two decks - first deck is off kitchen for outdoor dining and second is a shared roof top deck, accessed via spiral stairs, has expansive views which include the bay and bay bridge. A climbing bougenvilla is the final compliment. Beautifully restored period details but has modern updates including a Viking stove and in-unit stackable washer and dryer. Eat in kitchen with booth and modern appliances. Dining room seats six. Working antique style gas fireplace and hardwood floors create a warm environment. Master bedroom with queen bed has adjoining bath. The only compromise – the second bedroom is small (7 x 13 ft.) and fits a twin or full bed. Hand made rugs over hardwood floors create a cozy environment. Furniture is made for comfort.
Chattanooga Street is perfectly situated near family oriented 24th St. (one block away) and “Bohemian” Valencia St. shopping and dining districts. Only blocks to BART or Muni and easy access to 280 South. A short walk to Dolores Park.
Parking for one car in garage. Ground level area adjacent to garage is included for use as storage or other use. Non smokers, no pets please. Month to month rental with one month minimum.
