NEW RENTAL! VENICE ISLAND HOUSE-WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING

Great Location!!! Short walk to get coffee and fresh baked goods in the morning or sit down for a full breakfast at one of many restaurants. Less than a two minute drive to Venice Beach and four minutes to the fishing pier. Loved the large heated pool with a temperature of 89 degrees and the brand new grill on the concrete deck. Parking was a bit tight but tolerable. The kitchen was very user friendly and we really enjoyed the large dining area which accommodated our friends and family. We liked the hardwood floors and the charm of this updated vintage home. We would definitely come back again!!!

This place is a few minute jog from the gulf coast. You can go right by Venice Harbor which is absolutely gorgeous! When we didn't feel like hitting the pool, having the option of the bayside right around the corner was key. Plop out the beach chairs and it's an instant staycation. Downtown Venice is literally a one or two minute walk from location. Theres cute little shops and cafes to consider. Even if you want a massage, its right there. It really is a luxury to walk to go out to your favorite new restaurant Cassarianos which is where we spent most of our nights eating! It's a little Italian joint with a lot of flare and both the owners thoroughly involved. Overall, we couldn't be happier with where we stayed. Thank you Arthur, you were great! You made it very easy for us to relax. Our only complaint about our stay here was that we weren't able to stay longer! We definitely recommend this rental and we will be back!

We stayed in this lovely house for a week in December, and could not have been happier. There was plenty of space for 6, and the detailing in the back house made it feel like you were staying in a little Italian villa. The pool/patio area felt secluded and quiet, making it easy to unwind during the day, with several beaches walking or driving distance away (depending on the type of beach we wanted). At night, the small downtown was only a block and half away (with surprisingly good restaurants), so we were able to wander down for food and supplies very easily. We were very pleased with how closely the pictures and description for the listing matched the actual house, and the owner was very responsive and professional in all of our communications. We will absolutely recommend this listing to any friends or family heading to Venice.
