The entrance leads to a wonderful open living area with kitchen, dining area and living room with contemporary furniture. The kitchen has wonderful tile counter tops, full size fridge, stainless steel stove with oven, microwave, pots, pans and dishes. The living and dining room have many windows with view to the covered patio (terraza), palm trees and a 6 person jacuzzi.

House has Wireless INTERNET and Satellite TV

Casa Las Palmas has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, with 1 king size-bed on the master bedroom and 3 queen size-beds on the other 3 bedrooms. sleeps a total of 8. In addition we provide an Inflatable queen size mattress to sleep 2 more if needed for a total of 10 persons.

Casa Las Palmas is fully secured by privacy walls, with garage area to keep 4 cars inside the property and has a large covered patio (terraza) area ideal for happy hour and a view of the sunset.

Casa Las Palmas is located just an 8 minute walk to the beach, where you will find an assortment of restaurants fishing, boat rentals, jet skis.

A fairly priced house in a fun little town. Some teachers and I came away from our homes in Vallarta for a nice weekend in Guayabitos. None of us had been before. The house was clean and provided plenty of room for our 3 small families. A short 5 minute walk takes you right to the beach.

Affordable town compared to those to the south--Sayulita, San Pancho, etc--and the water is great for families with young children, as you can actually swim in the gentle waves.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Nuestra estancia en Casa Las Palmas fue genial, estuvimos 3 días que nos hicieron sentir ganas de no regresar a la ciudad, tiene una ubicacion muy céntrica y la playa está muy cerca.

La atenta hospitalidad, privacidad, comodidad, limpieza, y lujo que brindan la casa son de primer nivel.

Esperamos regresar pronto a guayabitos y rentar la casa.
Recomendadísima al 100%.

We stayed 7 glorious nights in casa Las Palmas. The house is big and spacious, when you enter it feels just like home. Dulce keeps the house immaculately clean and maintains everything wonderfully. My two children love love loved the jacuzzi and when we were not playing at the beach that is where they could be found. The house is centrally located a quick and easy walk to the beach and the town. We will most definetly book again for our next vacation.

Wonderful house

My family and I rented Casa Las Palmas at Rincon de Guayabitos for a week. It is a spacious, well maintained house with beautiful tile work. My husband is disabled, and it was nice to have a bedroom downstairs. The other three bedrooms were upstairs. I would definitely recommend this house to a friend or relative.

The local caretaker only speaks Spanish, which was fine for us because my family members speak a little Spanish. She brought us extra bottled water, watered the outdoor plants while we were there, and her husband relit the pilot light on the water heater. (The instructions asked us to turn down the water heater temperature to pilot when we weren't using it, which we did, but it went out.)

We had lots of fun. One of the surprises is that there were two friendly, little (skinny) dogs who came to visit us every day from a neighboring house. They were so cute. We fed them leftovers that we couldn't eat. And when we left they ran beside our car. (I was a little scared for them.)

Sometimes my son and I walked to the beach, and other times we drove (because of my husband's limited mobility). There is a casual beachside restaurant named Karla's, where we stopped for food once and drinks every day. There seemed to be other "regulars." Our waiter spoke English and engaged us in conversation which was quite enjoyable. The beach is beautiful and the weather was perfect.

We always drove to town for dinner. The beginning of town is a walkable distance, but some parts (which has some of the better restaurants) are pretty far away. However, there are taxis. Our two favorite restaurants are El Campanario and La Pina Loca. El Campanario has great margaritas and tasty fajitas served in a hot cauldron. We went to La Pina Loca twice. The first time they had a special menu with wonderful food (The Conchas Cleopatra was muy delicioso.) The second time we went they just had their regular menu, which wasn't as special, but they have live music which makes for a very pleasant atmosphere. Their pina coladas were the best we had. Of the restaurants, we tried El Marlin had the best prices for dinner and big portions. Tulipanes has a nice, casual setting, and they have free WiFi, so we went there for three meals and connection to the world.

We had a wonderful, relaxing week.
