This beautiful cottage is located in Edgartown Village on a quiet lane. Just a short walk to Lower Main Street and the heart of Edgartown Village, this lovely cottage, with central air conditioning, is an ideal vacation getaway. Leave your car behind while you stroll through the Village, and enjoy its great stores, beaches, and restaurants.

The first floor offers a relaxing four-season sun room, open living, dining and kitchen area, and two bedrooms. There is a full kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer on the main floor. The house has a great outdoor porch that is wonderful for relaxing in the sun or for outdoor dining. There is a driveway, and space for parking your car(s).

This house was a great MV vacation house rental! Location is easy walk to downtown restaurants/activities, but on a quiet street. Very calm setting. Very clean, tidy and seemingly freshly painted house. Has a great little yard for grilling, reading and eating outside. Nice parking area for car. Nice furnishings, including more than ample kitchen items (food processor, blender, crab steaming pot, etc.) for cooking in. Just a couple of blocks from bike/running/walking paths to beaches and other parts of the island. Central air conditioning if you prefer, but great screened windows/doors for light and cross ventilation/breezes.

Owner was very easy/honest to work with, including returning security deposit promptly, without request.

Would absolutely rent it again.
