This beautiful, upscale contemporary home is in a wonderful, highly sought after, Katama neighborhood, just minutes to South Beach. It is the ideal vacation getaway for a relaxing and fun filled vacation. This comfortable house is located in a quiet and private setting, and has many recent renovations, including a new kitchen with granite countertops and bathrooms with new sinks, vanities and mirrors. The house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a living room, den (with a sleeper sofa), dining room, and two large porches, with water views of South Beach from the upper deck. You can often hear the waves on South Beach as you relax on either of the outside decks or in the yard. The house has plenty of parking and a large yard for games or relaxation.
