Villa Antonia has such a surfeit of space that the ground floor of this comfortable villa alone is sufficient to cater for the traveller's needs. A double and a twin bedroom lead off from the entrance hall and both bedrooms overlook the covered rear terrace and an orange grove. The remaining double bedroom is located off the particularly spacious living-dining room. Equally roomy is the kitchen which connects to the living-dining room by way of a breakfast bar. The villa has been furnished in a traditional Mallorquín way. Ca'n Antonio offers plenty of opportunities for those who like to spend most of their holiday time outside. As well as the rear terrace, there is a covered, furnished terrace, prettily adorned with abundant potted plants, and a terrace flanking the large, raised pool to the side of the villa. This may be the sunbathing spot of choice since from here wide-ranging views over the surrounding fields.

Serene Lloret de Vistalegre offers the visitor a taste of still-typical Majorcan village life, secluded in an enchanting landscape, far away from mass tourism. The old village centre with its beautiful church, entices one to take a lazy stroll through the lanes. Numerous bars, cafes and restaurants offer you a variety of local delicacies. Only five minutes away is the neighbouring village of Sineu where along with shops and a rail connection, there is also a 24-hour medical clinic. And every Wednesday it is also the location of a large weekly market where you can find what you’re seeking, be it artistic handicrafts, fresh fruit or vegetables. All-in-all, this central location is the ideal starting point for exploring the entire island. In only 25 minutes you’re at the next beach (Playa de Muro) and Palma itself is only 30 minutes away.

Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub fernab der Touristenhochburgen verbringen möchte, liegt mit dieser Finca genau richtig. Das Haus ist sehr groß, absolut sauber und befindet sich auf einem riesigen ländlichen Grundstück mit Hühnergehege und Schafen auf der nebenanliegenden Weide. Idylle pur für alle Naturliebhaber. Der Pool ist schön groß und die Aussicht von der erhöhten Lage aus einfach wunderschön. Man stört niemanden und wird von niemandem gestört, trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten in den umliegenden Dörfern zum Einkaufen. Da das Haus in der Inselmitte liegt, ist man überall relativ schnell, egal ob in Palma, den Bergen oder an der Ostküste. Ein Auto ist jedoch ein absolutes Muss. Sowohl die deutsche Vermieterin/Maklerin als auch die spanischen Eigentümer der Finca waren sehr hilfsbereit und offen für Fragen und haben bei kleineren Reklamationen sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Wir waren mit 3 Pärchen zwischen 28 und 61 Jahren plus 9-jährigem Kind dort und es war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Die Finca ist sehr sauber und modern, es hat kaum etwas gefehlt, der Pool war sehr sauber, wurde immer überprüft, Liegen genügend vorhanden, Lage sehr gut, Palma in 30 Mintuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, von Sineu aus auch mit dem Zug in 45 min. zu erreichen, Kosten 1,80 € einfache Fahrt.

Wir haben hier einen supertollen Urlaub erlebt. Ein riesen Haus mit allem was dazu gehört. Der große Pool hat natürlich die Kinder am meisten begeistert.Wunderbar war auch, das die kleinen am Morgen die Hühnereier im Gehege suchen konnten.Die Ferienhausvermittlung vor Ort war auch sehr freundlich und kompetent.Dies war eine Finca zum mit nach Hause nehmen.Einfach traumhaft.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Wer Erholung und Ruhe sucht, findet hier ein absolutes Paradies (Alleinlage des Anwesens).
Besonders beeindruckt sind wir immer wieder von der grandiosen Aussicht, die man vom Grundstück/Pool aus hat und nachts von dem Sternenhimmel, den man als "Großstädter" so nicht erleben kann und dann noch von dieser Ruhe und Idylle..... Falls die "Ruhe" zu viel wird, ist man in ca. 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto an jedem Punkt der Insel, ob das nun der Strand von Alcudia, der Einkaufsbummel in Palma oder das Eisessen in Soller ist.
Der tägliche Einkauf sowie Restaurants sind in der näheren Umgebung schnell und bequem mit dem Auto zu erledigen; in Sineu gibt es u.a. auch ein Fitness-Studio!
Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses/Grundstückes lassen keine Wünsche offen.
Besitzer und Vermittler des Anwesens sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und immer sehr flexibel - wenn wir an unsere nicht immer christlichen Ankunfts- und Abfahrtszeiten denken!

Super Lage - tiptop sauber - sehr ruhig

Ein riesiges Haus – auch an heißen Tagen angenehm temperiert (man muss keine Klimaanlage buchen). Tip-Top gepflegt und absolut sauber. Betten sind super bequem, Einrichtung und Küchenausstattung komplett und gut. Absolute Spitze ist die Lage des Hauses und des Pools. Blick und Ruhe suchen mit Sicherheit ihresgleichen. Zwei große Schattenterrassen am Haus, großer und kleiner Grill – einfach alles da. Und für Ausflüge über die ganze Insel einfach ideal. Einkaufen in Inca – nur 15 min, ab an den Strand – nur 25 min. Lloret ist ein bezauberndes kleines Dorf – das Nachbardorf Sineu ist größer und bietet mehr Abwechslung – auch nur 10 min entfernt. Ideal auch für Radfahrer – Haus und Grundstück liegen perfekt. Nach Familienurlaub planen wir für das nächste Mal mit Freunden einen Radurlaub dort. Betreuung vor Ort übrigens auch sehr kompetent und nett.
