Condo, 3 Bedrooms (1 in Loft), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Our calendar is up to date on regular basis. Please consult it before you contact us. It pains me to turn business away! Long time favorite of Beaver Creek skiers, the Kiva is wonderful for families or groups for skiers or hikers or even for a tennis or golf getaway! Close by World class restaurants, great hot tubs and pool as well as plenty of activities will keep everyone happy for the duration of your stay. In the winter you grab your skis out of the owners locker and head out on the hill. Apré ski will find you soaking in the hot tub or playing in the pool with the kids. Our unit is located on the mountain side and you have a great view of the mountains and the renowned Birds of Prey runs.

Summer offers wonderful hiking, mountain biking, raft trips and horseback riding. The pool feels delicious and the cool mountain nights are great for sleeping! The outdoor grill is a fun place to gather and cook up dinner while enjoying the clean Colorado air.

The village is an easy 5 minute walk where you will find galleries, shops and great restaurants. Game dishes are served at the Golden Eagle and who can resist the renown Splendido? Too tired to walk? No problem, just call 'Dial a Ride' to whisk you right back up the mountain to your lovely retreat.

All three bedrooms have their own bathroom adjacent to them and the decor is classic western. Comfortable and upscale without losing it's character, this condo is a treasure! The kitchen is fully equipped by someone who loves to cook. We'll even leave out the espresso machine upon request.

Don't want to shop? If you'd like provisions brought in for your stay we are happy to arrange this for you. Just let us know.

For the littlest ones, there is a great Recreation Center with a huge pool just down the hill in Avon. Hard to beat this fun place with slides and a rope swing!

About The Owner

Denver family, long time skiers, hikers and avid outdoors enthusiasts. We've loved having the mountains so close as have our children and their friends.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1989
Why The Owner chose Beaver Creek

We bought our place before the kids were born because my husband was a Masters ski racer and we wanted to have a home base in the hills. Beaver Creek was easy to get to, had amazing skiing, wonderful restaurants and lots of things for the whole family to do.

What makes this condo unique

Though downhill is the family passion, I also love to snowshoe right out the back door. The trails are marked and go right up onto the ridge behind the Kiva through the aspen groves. It's just beautiful. In the summer we golf, play tennis and hike as well as lounge around the pool and hang out in the village.

Just returned from a wonderful ski vacation. Staying at the Dines Condo was just perfect. The location was great for skiing in and out. Easy walk to restaurants, spa, shopping. Most of all Connie was such a pleasure. We can't wait for our next visit.

This was our family's first ski vacation. And this place was perfect. True ski in/out, shuttle buses get you everywhere you need in the evening.

Our family of five has a wonderful week at the Dines condo. Connie was extremely helpful with all of our questions prior to our arrival and even helped find someone to put groceries in due to our late arrival from the airport. Condo was lovely clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Great location with easy ski in/ski out and walking access to the Village for dinner. Lovely afternoon sun and views of the slopes. This was our first VRBO rental and everything went smoothly and nice not to have a middleman! Can't recommend highly enough!

This is a wonderful condo!! Incredible location, truly ski in/ski out, steps from the chair lift, and incredible warmth of the housing. You quickly know you are staying in someone's home, not just a generic rental -- the decorations and kitchen amenities reflect this family's love of their condo & their love of Beaver Creek. We took a group of teenage friends and they were thrilled with the spaciousness of their bedrooms, the cleanliness of the condo, and the central location of all the village entertainment. They had a blast being able to explore on their own and still be minutes from the condo. We highly recommend this vacation rental.
