''Little Palm'' as we like to call it is your home away from home. It is a true beach cottage with all of today's amenities! As you can see from the photos it has been completely renovated and professionally decorated.

''Little Palm'' is located in the heart of Ft. Myers Beach FL right on Estero Blvd and it is a true beach front property. Mornings at Little Palm may be enjoyed by watching the sunrise as you walk down the beach or just relaxing on the outside patio reading your local paper while having your morning coffee!

Due to its beachfront amenities, you may enjoy the rest of the day taking in the Hot Florida Sun right in front of your property or probably taking advantage of the parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking from Andy next door!

We have enjoyed Little Palm and have had many of wonderful memories there and we'd like to share these memories with you! Come Stay at ''Little Palm'' and Do Nothing!

Kid Friendly: Our Children And Their Friends Love The Beach House - They Can Rent Jet Skis, Parasailing, Kayaking, Play Ball, Volleyball Right On The Beach Directly In Front Of The House, Make Sand Castles, The Fun Is Endless.

About Roxana Pio

My name is Roxana Pio and my husband Jose and I purchased 'Little Palm' back in 2009. It was a dream of ours to own a piece of this paradise since our son was a year old. Jose and I are local Floridians and have lived here most of our lives. We have two children Brandon 20 and Alexandra 18.

WE TRULY ENJOYED OUR TIME AT LITTLE PALM. THE OWNERS HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO PROVIDE EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY. THE ONLY SUGGESTION THAT I WOULD MAKE IS TO HAVE WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ELECTRONICS. I AM GOOD WITH ELECTRONICS AND I STRUGGLED TO MAKE EVERYTHING WORK AT TIMES. THAT SAID, IF THE WEATHER HAD BEEN BETTER, WE WOULD HAVE SPENT MUCH LESS TIME INDOORS. THE BEACH AND THE PROPERTY ARE JUST EXQUISITE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING THIS BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY.

In LOVE!

We absolutely LOVED the Little Palm! All of the outdoor sitting was amazing and beautiful. The house inside was decorated beautifully and when we walked in, it smelled SO CLEAN! We had an amazing time and already rebooked for next year!!! We think this will be our little home away from home from now on!!! Roxana was amazing to deal with and we are fortunate to have found her!!!

Great location, great place

This place is as cute as the pictures show it to be. You cannot beat being right on the ocean - so handy. Beds were comfortable, location is great. We rented bikes and rode to Times Square area one day, toward Lovers Key another day. You can ride bikes in the beach for miles. There's a jet ski rental desk right next door. The trolley stop is close by - the Publix grocery store not far. Check the condiment supply before going to the store - you may not need to buy ketchup, mayo, etc. Our college aged boys enjoyed the stay as well. Breakfast & lunch at the house, out for dinner was perfect for us. We are hoping to return next year.

Little Palm was cozy as can be, and just 30 steps to the beach. Also two minutes to the grocery store. What else could you want?
