This 874 square foot 1 bedroom, 1.25-bathroom condo sleeps four and features stunning ski slope views from the spacious private patio. You’re a short walk the Mountain House base area, or you can take a shuttle to various activities in Keystone.
The entryway has mounted hooks and a sitting area for storage of vacation gear. Just outside the door is an oversized ski locker for even more storage. The living room has a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. The private patio can be accessed from the living room and offers stunning ski slope views as well as a gas grill for additional cooking options.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware & tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four people with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just down the hall is a private washer and dryer, and laundry soap has been provided for your convenience. The full bathroom features granite countertops and a shower/tub combination with sliding glass door. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, large closet and a flat screen TV. There is also a private quarter-bath in the master. This additional sink and counter space provides an additional place to get ready in the morning.

WATCH OUT FOR GIMMICKS: Don’t be fooled when someone offers discounted lift tickets. Discounts on lift tickets are all the same as long as you do not buy at the ticket window. Buy your discounted lift tickets from the kiosk at the grocery store or online. Kids Ski Free is another gimmick designed to make guests believe they’re getting a deal when in reality they’re paying higher nightly rates and an “amenities fee.” When you do the math on total cost of stay it turns out it’s not a deal at all.

We stayed here for a week to celebrate our 15th anniversary in late October. We just wanted to get away from the rat race and our 3 kids and do a whole lot of nothing. And that's what we did!
Very clean and spacious 1st floor condo. King size bed was very comfortable. Spent a lot of time just reading on the deck. It's configured so that the wind seems to always get blocked out so you can just enjoy the warm sunshine and beautiful view of the mountain with the Peru lift going up to the top. We were here to early to ski, but we did walk over to the lift and it's easily doable with boots and equipment- maybe 5 minute walk.
Very much enjoyed the large indoor pool and hot tub which is 25 yards from the front door of this unit!
Kitchen has nice counters and is functional. NEEDS a fry pan and an ice cream scoop. Has a griddle but that doesn't work for eggs.
Our favorite restaurants: Haywood cafe, just down the street, for breakfast (huge breakfast burritos), Inxspot, in the village, for sandwiches and coffee and Dos Locos, right across the street, for Mexican. Everything is good at Dos Locos except the salsa, which has no heat.
We had a few snags, but the management company was very prompt in fixing the minor problems. We had a very quiet and relaxing stay and would recommend it for the great value that it is.
I would worn about the distance from the parking lot to the front door. When we stayed, underground parking was closed and the parking lot is a very long walk down hill to the the unit if you go outside. If you go the inside route, you must travel down a very steep set of stairs and walk quite a ways to get to the unit. We didn't find it to be a big deal, but just a heads up if you aren't very mobile. For instance- I would not recommend it to my retired parents.
Great condo. Good location. Comfortable bed. Had everything we needed including a crock pot. We would definitely stay there again.
Very nice condo, it was just like the pictures. We liked the space and the view outside the patio window. We would recommend this condo for 2 people as we did not use the pullout sofa and thought it would have been difficult to have anyone sleep in the living room. We skied At Keystone, which was a bit of a walk with our skis. We did drive to A Basin just 6 miles away one day. We liked being close enough to the ski hill to go back to our room if needed during the day.
