It's possible to have 2 extra bedrooms and 2 extra bathrooms

on the groundfloor to host groups up to 14.

Villa Oliveto lies on the private hill of Monte d'Oro,130 mt high,in a 8000sqm.park. There you will be transported worlds away by sweeping ocean views that extend from Livorno to Poets Gulf,and onwards to dramatic sunsets on the Pacific Ocean. Located in the Tuscany's breathtaking North Coast, Villa Oliveto is a one-of-a-kind vacation home that will pamper your soul and soothe your senses with unparalled beauty.

The swimming pool utilizes a cutting edge ecological system of water sanitation without chlorine,based on salt water.

It's opened from 15 of may 15 of october

This lovely property backs to a nature area where foxes,squirrels and buzzards can be seen every day. The only noises we heard are the songs of the birds! With lush greenery in the front of your view and large expanses of ocean behind, you are just a short 20 minutes drive to the Forte dei Marmi beach

Other dining tables are under the patios and allow the guests to have their meals outside even during the hottest hours of the day.

The House has five double rooms with air conditioning and five bathrooms,(it is possible to open a wing of the villa to have 2 more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms,for groups of 14 people) three terraces overlooking the tyrrenian coast,one 25 sq.m. kitchen on groundfloor,directly to the garden,one 30 sq.m. diningroom next to the kitchen,with fireplaces,one closed panoramic patio on groundfloor,one 35 sq m.living room with tv sat,library, internetpoint and second fire-place on the firstfloor. Wireless in all the rooms. There is also an indoor patio and a large private garden of 200 sq.metres,furnished with tables and large umbrellas for resting or eating,and a nice barbecue,facing the Mediterranean sea.

Villa Oliveto is reachable by a private road and a private gate,closed in the night,that only the inhabitants of the hill may open with a remote control.

Its setting is ideal for excursions down to the beaches on the coast, as well as to the many interesting locations nearby. Lucca 18 km,Pisa 22 km,Florence 90 km,Siena 140 km,Le Cinque Terre 50 km.

We are still in vacation in the Villa,and I can't miss to write about it,we like it a lot! We are in 10 and there is a lot of space for all! In these days the weather is fine,but it's still winter and we image how this place could be in spring or summer.Nevertheless we like so much spending the evenings in front of the fireplace drinking wine. We had also a tuscan dinner cooked by the cook that Silvia,the owner,provided for us,it was a beautiful sensation to have the dinner looking down the cost.Internet,tv,heating worked well. A lot of trekkings on the hill.

I fell in love with this villa the moment I saw the pictures. The photos were accurate and I found myself thrilled to be in the picture! Five large bedrooms with full baths, all of our guests were very comfortable. We wanted to be in Tuscany but also close to the Sea. This Villa had the perfect location for day trips to Florence, Chianti, Lucca and Cinque Terre. Dinners on the front balcony will be remembered by all as will the refreshing pool. Owner was on site when we arrived late and then offered to escort us down to the large grocery store which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend/relative. Great for family reunion, or friend reunion. Children especially enjoy the pool and the nearby hiking. Great to have wifi. Along with a breathtaking view, the house had every comfort.

Beautiful villa!

We had a wonderful time at the villa. We were celebrating my 60th birthday with friends in this lovely location. The view of the sea and the sunsets were spectacular. The hike to Pedona exhilirating! (worth it for the delicious lunch!) Our host, was kind very informative and hospitable. The location provided close proximity to several quaint towns where we found the food and shopping to be great! I would love to return to this magical setting again!

Wonderful home and location in Tuscany

We had a wonderful stay and Villa Oliveto in June 2010. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. A large group can be very comfortable in this home. The view and outside places (terrace, gardens, pool) are all very nicely kept and relaxing. It is a great location as there is easy access to the very best of Tuscany.

My wife and I recently rented Villa Oliveto for a week with four other couples. What a great place for 10 people. The five bedrooms each with their own bathrooms provided all the privacy of a hotel while the great room and covered panoramic patio easily handled our group. Decor was very tasteful and warm. The sunsets were terrific! The opeators were very welcoming and at gave us all the information around the area ( fantastic!). Very clean accomodation and great value.
