The only vacation rental property in Seaside of this type. Our multi unit property can accommodate 18 adults or families up to 26 people (including all children).
Property consists of two 3BR houses and a Duplex. Total of 10 bedrooms, 7.25 bathrooms. Total of 22 beds: 4Q, 6D, 12T. A few additional children's beds available.

This is a great property for reunions or large families/groups. Fantastic location, very close to Broadway St. and beach. Spotlessly clean accommodations with many extra amenities. Too many details to list so please feel free to contact us.

If you have a large group or family reuion you would like to accommodate on one property, this is the place to stay in Seaside. Since it is such a different type of property, we feel it is best to talk with customers. This way you can better understand all that is offered with this very special property and how it is configured.
Off-street parking, yard area, barbecues & picnic tables, two decks. Please note that there is not an indoor area for 26 people to gather. We would be happy to discuss our property and help answer questions you might have. Non-smoking and no pets allowed. No exceptions.
Off-season 2 night minimum. Holidays 3 night minimums. July & August 4-5 night minimums. As bookings come in sometimes shorter stays are available for July & August. Please contact us for details.
