This lovely condo is located directly at Boca Ciega Bay with wide open waterviews. Relax on the waterfront balcony and watch the birds and dolphins ! Enjoy the deck or the BBQ area. Very nice and quiet location with only a very short walking distance to the beach. Two assigned parking spaces. Corner unit with 3 sides of windows. Very bright inside, very good views to everywhere. Even get a glimpse of the beach from the kitchen window. We provide a laptop computer with printer and FREE internet, including WiFi, as well as FREE internet phone VOIP also for international calls.

Fully furnished, all appliances, great location directly at the Bay and the recreational city park. Close to downtown with nice little shops, restaurants, supermarket and the beach! Just steps.

Absolute prime location to be everywhere in minutes:

St. Pete (Beach), Tampa, John´s Pass, etc.

Quiet location with all amenities. Very good restaurants on the water. Best beaches from Crystal beach to Tampa Bay.

Boating is a must. See turtles, dolphins and manatees.

We arrived safely yesterday afternoon and found everything in the condo in good order! It's just lovely and the balcony is a great addition. I'm watching the pelicans right now while drinking my morning coffee. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us.
We would love to stay here again in March 2014. We love your condo and the location, but especially the peacefulness. Nothing nicer than watching the dolphins and sea birds from the balcony.

Great Views and Location

Great location with view over intercostal waters. It was very easy to arrange our vacation with the owners, They are very helpful and did provide all information requested Would recommend this condo to all my family and friends. The only thing we found wrong was that the company hired to clean up after each rental did not to a good job,. We had to put all Dishware into the dishwasher right away in order to use it, and the carpets need to be cleaned. Note this is No fault of the owners,. Shopping and nightly entertainment with in walking.
