Beautiful Lakefront Condo in Sandpoint, Idaho

Sandpoint, Idaho is an historic town of 7000 people located on the shore of Lake Pend O'reille. The lake is very large and is surrounded by the Selkirk Mountains. It's a magical setting and because of this, it has been written up by Sunset and Skiing magazines as one of the 10 best hidden jewels in the USA. It has all of the amenities of an endpoint destination including restaurants, shopping, biking, hiking, fishing, water and snow skiing, sailing, and much more.

Our condo unit #126 is a one bedroom unit with a queen bed, a sofabed, two tv's, dvd , and full kitchen. The condo inside was refurbished in 2010. Sit on the deck and the lake is 30 ft. in front of you--just walk down five steps and across the grass. People-watching is a favorite pastime for some. It can be a private and romantic getaway for two or maybe for a family of four. Two couples can fit but not very romantic if that is desired. You can tie your boat on the seawall right in front of the condo during the day but no overnight mooring. Sandpoint Marina across the street has boat slips for rent.
