Legoland is so close you can see their summer fireworks from our back yard. Or take a day trip to the San Diego Zoo, the Wild Animal Park, Seaworld, or Balboa Park. Don't forget to try to make it home in time to catch the amazing sunsets as you toast the end of another beautiful San Diego day.
The home features 4 large bedrooms upstairs. The Master suite has a fireplace, large bathroom, his and hers vanities, soaking tub, separate shower, walk in closet, wonderful views from all windows, and a luxurious king bed (BRAND NEW IN DEC. 2011). Bedroom #2 is bright and fresh and has a queen bed set in a curved alcove. This room has loads of natural light from the many windows, a private bathroom with shower, vanity and walk in closet. Bedroom #3 and #4 have a Jack and Jill bathroom with tub and shower, and each has its own private vanity. Room #4 has a queen bed and french doors opening out to a private balcony overlooking the small cul-de-sac.
Downstairs, the well-furnished game room can also be used as an additional bedroom. The large L-shaped chenille-like couch sleeps 2 easily, and we offer a queen-sized double top air mattress if you need it. The downstairs bathroom is next to the game room, and includes a full shower, making it ideal as a 5th bedroom. The game room also features french doors that open out into the pool area, a brand new flat screen tv, Wii, Xbox 360, and board games for your enjoyment. For music lovers, draw everyone around the piano and pick up the acoustic guitars for your own jam session.
Like to stay fit? Get your workout in on your schedule in our nicely equipped work out room in the garage. This space features free weights, universal weight machine, treadmill, exercise ball, resistance bands, and flat panel tv, and our new ping pong table! Outdoor games include volleyball and croquet, plus a nice basketball hoop in the cul-de-sac.
