This complex is completely secured with locked gates and underground parking. Beautiful waterfall at the front entrance. A large pool and spa with outdoor showers and restrooms are provided.
Other amenities include outdoor barbeques in the patio area, and tennis courts readily available for play. There is one designated parking space underground and plenty of visitor spaces for your guests. There is a beautiful rooftop deck where you can watch the sunset or just watch the waves roll onto the beach.

Our family has always enjoyed the beach and surf, going back to our Grandfather who spent long summers on Cape Cod from the time he was a young boy. As he did, we all have spent many summers at the beach and enjoy everything that goes along with living in a beach community. After exploring vacation homes from Santa Barbara to San Diego we decided that Oceanside provided the best combination of great beaches and small town charm. Since 1978 this wonderful unit has been our family's home away from home.
This building is close to just about everything. The Beach is about a block west. You can walk north a half mile to the harbor or the same distance south to the pier. There are two local markets within walking distance as well. The downtown with restaurants, movies, banking, and shopping is just a short drive. Bike and walking paths are close by. The train station, located less than a mile south, provides service up and down the coast as well as the new eastbound trains. Public transit hub has buses and cabs going in all directions.
30 minutes north of the San Diego airport, close to shopping in Oceanside and Carlsbad and wonderful restaurants of every variety - about 25 minutes to Sea World and the San Diego Zoo as well as the Wild Animal Park - only about 15 minutes to Lego Land and an hour to Disneyland!!
