Executive class! Relax and enjoy Utah's wonderful desert climate and beauty in this luxurious unit, originally built and personally upgraded to be a private home for the developer.

This condo was used as a model through late 2009, so, as with the bulk of the furnishings, it's essentially new, and has had only a handful of guests since (including repeat customers from across the U.S and Canada). Many condo owners furnish their rentals second-hand as a rental, however we have furnished our unit in a more top-of-the-line fashion so that you will appreciate it as a step up, to say the very least. For your convenience and comfort it is fully stocked for you, all you will need is food and personal care items. We want you to feel right at home upon arrival. For these reasons we are confident that our unit is the very best unit available for vacation rental in the Blackrock complex.

People from across the planet travel to see, experience and explore the Utah desert- St. George is s short distance from Zion National Park, and this condo is about 20 minutes from Snow Canyon State Park. St. George is about a 90 minute drive from Las Vegas, Nevada.

Fantastic Introduction to St. George

This condo is first class in every aspect - well-stocked kitchen with updated appliances, great beds and bedding, outstanding bathrooms with plenty of towels, full washer & dryer with laundry detergent supplied and a beautiful balcony overlooking the golf course. I loved being able to walk the golf course early in the morning. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. One of my best VRBO rental experiences, and I've had many.

This condo has all the amenities you need to make your stay in St. George feel like home! The fire place for cool evenings, two grills on the deck, gas or charcoal! West view with great sun sets. Steam shower, after a hard day of hiking. A full size fridge/freezer to put all the Trout in that you can catch, just down the road a bit. The king size bed is perfect! The garage was big enough for my motorcycle, trailer, and the Yukon. What a great place!

Wonderful Vacation Property

We are frequent users of VBRO. The owners are great to work with. They have given their attention to every detail of the property. The condo is first class in amenities, yet so very comfortable. We visit St. George annually for the Huntsman Games, and love this side of town. Beautiful views, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, Tuacahn, and Snow Canyon. We hope to return next year.
Do not hesitate to stay at this property.

This condo is in pristine condition. The view to the back of the golf course is beautiful. The indoor and outdoor heated pool was extra nice. Some pools aren't heated nor have the indoor option. The owners were very quick to reapond to phone calls and E-mails and friendly to rent from. I give my visit a five star luxury stay.

Luxurious Condo - Look No Further

My husband and I stay at the Black Rock Condos each time we travel to St. George. We have stayed in several of the units here, but after staying in this condo, we refuse to stay anywhere else. This condo is absolutely beautiful. The amenities are top of the line and the unit is always impeccably clean. From the gorgeous kitchen upgrades to the patio that overlooks the golf course, this condo is phenomenal. If you have never experienced a steam shower, you are in for an amazing experience. If you are looking for a luxurious condo, look no further.
