Welcome to the perfect beach house by the world famous Venice pier. This is the ideal craftsman, family beach house, steps from the beach. We have body boards, surf board and umbrella for the beach life style.

The area has alot of great restuarant, shops and activity's. Rent a bike and take it down to the Venice board walk or go keep going and it will take you to Santa Monica pier. Mercedes grille, is one of the best restaurants known for the greatest breakfast, lunch, dinner or just cocktails, its directly behind the house and owned by the owner of the house. This means delivery is available in regular plate ware.

There are some great dive bars just to make you feel the balace of the beach. Either if your sipping wine and enjoying a cheese plate or if your playing pool and having a great burger, you never need to get into a car around here. The house is 20 steps to the sand. You can grab a cab from anyone the restaurants and head out to Hollywood which will take you about 30 minutes with out traffic and with traffic thats another story.

What makes this house unique

Besides the great southern Califonia weather, this home is located in one of the funnest most alive city's. The world famous board walk is a 5 minute walk. The Venice pier is a one minute walk along with great restaurants and shops. You can rent bikes and aditional surf boards for a small day fee too.Everything you need is walking distance. Hollywood is a 30 minute drive, that is if your not stuck in LA traffic:)

Romantic getaway

I recently stayed at this property for a weekend getaway with my fiancé and had an amazing stay! Everything was clean & well maintained and we had all of the amenities we could have possibly needed. The location was fantastic and although it was around the corner to all of the restaurants, we did eat most of our meals at Mercedes Grille because it was so delicious and we even had them deliver to us one afternoon, like room service. The kitchen is fully equipped so we could have cooked if we wanted to. The photos look just like the property and their were no surprises. We rode bikes on the boardwalk and walked to the beach and really didn't have one bad thing to say about our stay. We would definitely stay again!
