This house has 4 bedrooms: queen size in Master Bedroom, 2nd bedroom has a Queen, 3rd bedroom has Queen + a Twin bed. There is also a Twin & Futon located in the Loft. Sleeps 10 total. All bedrooms as well as the Loft come equipped with a TV. Great Room has a cathedral ceiling, 40 inch HDTV, DVD & Stereo. There is also a large deck with gas grill and deck furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washer & dryer. Towamensing Trails features an outdoor lakefront pool as well as a sandy beach area by the 195-acre crystal clear lake, perfect for swimming or sunbathing. During the summer season boats can be rented. This home is the perfect place for a family vacation or to celebrate your anniversary, birthday, honeymoon or family reunion

This is a one of a kind rare rental that not only sets on a 200ft by 200ft one acre lot, but its also on a very private Cul-De-Sac. Towamensing Trails is a private, secure, four season community offering a lake with a private beach, pool, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, and a playground. The crystal clear lake is stocked with fish (license required). The clubs house features a restaurant/bar and an outdoor snack bar overlooking the lake. During the summer months, boats can be rented. Private boats are permitted as long as they are not gas powered.

We are 5 minutes, door to door, to paintball and whitewater rafting. Horseback riding and Crossings Premium Outlets in Tannersville are 20 minutes away. Pocono Raceway is also a short 10 minute drive.

We are also located 10 minutes from the new indoor water park at Split Rock. The Poconos are a well known outdoor recreation destination for visitors around the northeast, especially from New York City and Philadelphia. Primary attractions are centered on the region's diverse natural offerings. The Poconos encompass the Delaware State Forest, including six designated natural areas, seven state parks, seventeen state game lands, and one national park: The Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. There are extensive opportunities for watersports, with many of the lakes and rivers stocked for fishing.

I was recently laid off from work and needed to find a more affordable vacation than the Jersey shore. Some friends recommended the Poconos more specifically, Towamensing Trails. We saw this house, pictures looked good and the price was right so we booked it. I was nervous because I'm not much of a mountain man but as soon as we pulled in my worries were gone! I had one of the most relaxing vacations of my life here and my kids loved it. It's not anything like the shore, no hustle and bustle, just doing things at your own speed. Nothing I write here can do this vacation justice, it was that good. Next time you are planning a vacation do yourself a favor, spend a quarter of the money you would on the shore and try the poconos. Also: If you are coming from New York I have good news and bad. The bad news is that the Pizza is horrible compared to home (but you already knew that because we have the best pizza in the world). The good news is that the house gets the YES network so you can watch all the Yankees games!! ENJOY

This house was the perfect spot for our "Man-cation"
Place was clean and the owner was pretty cool. We did Paintball, saw the racetrack & did a ton of fishing on the lake. Loved the deck, must have seen 15 deer. cant wait to do it again, with or without the wife!

RELAXING VACATION

My family and I stayed in this house last July and had a blast. The kids loved playing by the lake and the pool. The adults enjoyed sitting on the deck with a few cocktails watching the deer. The property was very clean and exactly what we expected. The property owner, Jim, was very easy to deal with and made the process as easy as possible. I would recommend this house to anybody and look forward to using it again next summer.
