Chateau Sole’ is a sophisticated mountain retreat which provides outstanding views of both the 10 mile range and the Jack Nicklaus championship 27 hole golf course. Located in the prestigious Highlands Subdivision in North Breckenridge conveniently located 5 minutes from shopping, skiing and golfing. Chateau Sole’ features four bedrooms and four and one half bathrooms with 3 gas fire places which complement the home in many ways. The Chateau Sole’ also has a three car heated garage which is attached to the house. There are 3 HDTV flat screens in the home with surround sound, as well as a fully integrated sound system built into the home. This will be the vacation home you will want to return to year after year.
The main level features large living area with two story high windows looking at the expansive views of the 10 mile range as well as the Championship Golf Course, adjoining is the formal dining area and main living area with a rock fireplace.
• Three (3) night minimum stay required during Holidays.
• Significant damage to property or items missing from the property may result in a loss of all or part of the deposit. Additional guests staying without the consent or knowledge of the owners may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• There is a phone at the Chateau. We'll provide you with the number once reservation is made so family and friends can contact you.
• Courier and concierge services may be arranged for pick-up of groceries, videos, dry cleaning and pharmaceuticals.
Payment: We require a 50% deposit, due at time of booking to confirm your dates. We take VISA, MasterCard, Discover (NO personal checks). We'll then charge this same card for the rest of your payment the week of your stay at The Chateau Sole' at Round Top. This is a NON-smoking home. Absolutely no exceptions…Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 day prior to receive a full refund less a 10% processing fee of your booking

Chateau Sole is amazing! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Spent a day at Peak 8 Summer Park with the kids then dinner at Whale's Tail - outstanding! Hiked St. Mary's Glacier then sled down on blow up rafts - a must do!!! Had dinner at "Q for U" in Frisco - amazing barbecue! Downtown Breckenridge shopping is so much fun and Breckenridge Golf Course is just perfect - especially Elk Beaver Courses. Ended the week at Red Rocks Concert - Maroon 5 & Train - WOW! What a perfect family vacation - Thank you so much!
The Chateau Sole was better than expected, met all of our needs and truly made for an unforgettable Christmas 2014! Absolutely beautiful home, layout accommodated all 11 (6 adults and 5 children under 9) with ease! Quick to get to and was set to allow amazing views, we spent time watching horse drawn sleds giving folks rides on the golf course, as well as people ice skating. We ventured out for walks to enjoy the clean mountain air and visited with neighbors. The owner is easy to work and communicate with as well as the property manager made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond when we had an issue( the internet router went down and needed reset). Bring your family to this destination, you will not be disappointed!
Our family stayed at this gorgeous home over the Christmas holidays. The home offers amazing views and has ample room with 4400 square feet. We arrived with fresh poinsettias and every amenity imaginable, including heated floors, garage and beds. The home is located on the golf course and at the end of a small street and directly across from a large tree filled lot that was excellent for the children to play in the snow! You feel selcuded and have unobstructed views, yet you are part of the Highlands primier neighborhood. It is approximately 8 minutes from all the shops and restaurants on Main Street and the gondola. It is 10-15 minutes from Frisco for tubing, dinner sleigh rides with Two Below, Walmart for grocery shopping and it is only 8 miles from dog sledding. The decks provide a great place to view the wildlife, views and great landscaping. David was quick to answer any questions and great to work with in renting the home. I would highly recommend staying at Chateau Sole and can't wait to come again next year for our family ski trip.
We spent 8 days over Christmas at Chateau Sole. After a long search for the perfect property, we were still so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the house. It's extremely spacious, very well appointed, has stunning views and so many thoughtful amenities (large washing machines, radiant heat, heated garage, large pantry, two fireplaces, shelves full of games and movies). The owner is very communicative / responsive as are the management company. No question we will return for our next trip to Breckenridge.
