Situated in beautiful southeast Cape Coral in a quiet and well established neighbourhood. The house was renovated in 2010 and has been profesionally and tastefully decorated with comfort and style in mind. Villa Adria is fully equiped with everything that you need for a wonderful stay.

The private pool is surrounded by beautiful professionally designed landscaping and the lanai is perfect for a relaxing day. A BBQ grill is available for your enjoyment. There is 2,000 square feet of living space/split floor design and cathedral ceilings with a skylight in master bath and main bath exit to the pool. The master bedroom is separated for privacy and all the three bedrooms have brand new hardwood flooring. Enjoy the Sony 52 inch flat screen HDTV in the living room with surround home theatre system, blu-ray/DVD. Two bedrooms feature 40 inch Sony HDTV's with all bedrooms having a handsfree telephone and digital clock/radio.

The office area contains highspeed internet, with a wireless printer/scanner/fax and telephone with answering machine.

Villa Adria is close to all major Florida attractions. Visit the world famous Everglades in less than an hour, see a hockey game in Tampa Bay, indulge in the multi cultural city of Miami or take the children to Disneyworld in Orlando in about two hours, or enjoy the famous beaches at Ft. Myers, Sarasota and Naples,the biking trails on Captiva Island and the nature preserve on Pine Island.

This location is absolutely beautiful. We were surrounded by beautiful and helpful neighbors and everyone one needed was supplied at the house. Even the grocery store was very close and convenient. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. The drive to the greatest beaches was very reasonable especially if you would go early in the day. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you for such a great holiday at Villa Adria. We are already looking forward to being back in 2014.

Highly Recommended!! Excellent value, beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood!

We stayed for a week just prior to Christmas. Villa Adria was situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to the outlet malls as well as several beaches. The property was very clean, spacious and well maintained. Although the weather was pretty cool it was great having a swimming pool right there and the pool warmed up very quickly when the heater was turned on.

The listing was very accurate & it looked as if the floors had been recently updated..

Some nice local restaurants, especially near the Marina and in Fort Myers.
