Bellavida Resort, Italian for 'Beautiful Life,' features a collection of inspired family vacation homes surrounded by conservation areas and community lakes. The barrel-tiled roofs and colorful exteriors will remind you of being in the Mediterranean. This gated community boasts several fountains and waterfalls, including an impressive 25-foot waterfall that greets you just beyond the gates. The 6,000 square foot Italian-inspired clubhouse offers many activities as well, including a fitness center and zero-depth pool.

Why the Owner Chose Bellavida: The weather, area parks and attractions, and restaurants speak for themselves. However, after visiting the beautiful and peaceful Bellavida Resort, we instantly knew that it did not get any better for us. Our first family vacation in our new second home brought us a surprise. Our days spent at the resort were our favorite days of the vacation; even over the days spent at the amusement parks and ocean. We found that a good balance of days spent in and out of the resort made our trip a relaxing, affordable, and unforgettable one for the whole family. The resort sits in an excellent and sought after location. However, once in the gates of Bellavida you will feel that you have left the bustling surroundings and entered a relaxing island - the reason you went on vacation in the first place. Ahhhhh!

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome: We enjoy days at the resort pool, as well as days at the parks. We found that there is nothing quite like relaxing after a day at the parks in front of the flat screen TV while the kids continue to burn their endless energy in the private in-ground house pool just opposite the sliding glass door. Outside the gates of the resorts are numerous other activities available such as golfing, fine dining and shopping. In about an hour drive to the east or west we enjoy the benefits of the beaches. Relaxing days at the ocean, or even watersports such as parasailing, tours, jet ski rentals, snorkeling, scuba diving, cruises, or kayaking make the short drive well worth the trip. Airboat rides are also a short driving distance from Bellavida. There is something here for everyone!

About Owner/Manager

We, Steve and Carol, were born, raised, and currently reside in the Chicagoland area. We both visited the Kissimmee area and Disney for the first time as adults, and absolutely fell in love with the seemingly infinite vacation possibilities available in the area. We have seven children ranging in age from 4 to 13 years old, so needless to say we understand the importance of a good vacation! The full kitchen, laundry room, and other home amenities make this the most comfortable, affordable, and enjoyable way to stay! While meeting for coffee at a Chicagoland Dunkin Donuts on a cold, snowy, and frigid day in February 2010, the ridiculous idea of purchasing a vacation home in Florida came to mind. The following hours, days, weeks, and months of perseverance made this crazy dream a surprising reality when we purchased this Bellavida home. Built in 2007, but purchased by us in 2010, we fully furnished the home, including all furniture and appliances. Knowing that the home would have to be used as a short-term rental (to make it affordable to us), renters were at the forefront of our decision-making process when outfitting our second home. This investment/vacation home has been a dream come true.

My family and I stayed at your'e property the last weekend in April. We were attending a large sporting competition at Disney. It was so peaceful to comeback "home" after a grueling day at the packed Milk House at Disney. The pool was clean and beautiful! The place was very modern and beautifully decorated. It was a home away from our home. I would absolutely come back again!

Fantastic Stay

Our family stayed here for a week in April 2011 and we had a wonderful time. The place itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Carol and Steve have done a very nice job to create a welcoming environment. There is a Wal-Mart just a short walk away, which is perfect for tired travelers, and there are many activities and restaurants also closeby, with Disney less than half an hour away. Our children are both 5 and they loved the on-site playground and zero-depth pool at the resort, but they also spent many hours in the backyard pool. We were sad to leave such a nice place. If you are looking for a good family vacation then this is a great place to go.

Excellent Home Away From Home!

My brother and I stayed here last month when we were visiting The Wizarding World of Harry Potter (which is fabulous, by the way), and we were very happy with our rental choice.

The location is PERFECT if you are going to Disney or Universal. The complex is safe and attractive and just off a main road that quickly takes you to all the highways.

The condo is in excellent condition. Everything feels clean and new. The bathrooms are roomy and the beds are very, very comfortable. There are plenty of pillows, blankets, dishes, and silverware, and lots of thoughtful things are included.

Steve and Carol were very easy to contact while we were there and responded to a question we had very promptly.

I would highly recommend this to friends and family as a great place to stay, and I would not hesitate to stay here again myself. We had an entire house to ourselves for the price of a hotel. The privacy and sense of 'coming home' at the end of a long day were splendid.
