MCLAUGHLIN SERENITY AT WINDCLIFF

My husband, three children, another couple and I needed a place to stay in Estes Park, CO for a friend’s wedding. After searching hotels in the area we decided to go with a vacation house instead and boy did we make the right decision!!!
The house accommodated the seven of us very comfortably, and was gorgeous. The views from the balconies and hot tube are breathtaking. The home is also close to Rocky Mountain National park so we were able to make a trip there also. Also the home’s owner was very friendly and welcoming. It is decorated nicely, and we also found board games and movies for the whole family to enjoy. I wish we would have had more time to sit, relax, and enjoy the home. Defiantly looking forward to another visit, and highly recommend this property!

My husband, daughter and I have stayed in many mountain properties in the four years that we have lived in CO, however, McLaughlin Serenity is by far the best! The owners spared no expense in decorating/design and comfort--everything from good beds/linens to water features and top-of-the-line appliances. If these things weren't amazing enough, the views from this property are second to none! Finally, the property owner was so accomodating and thoughtful--helping with any need you have and providing a goodie basket to boot. We will be back.

We've used VRBO for years now. YEARS. I have stayed in some really nice place in Colorado, Austin Texas, Tennessee, etc. We've always had decent houses, some very nice houses, some views that you never thought could get better....until now. This house was AMAZING! And the view? The RMNP Range, with NO POWER LINES, BUILDING, ETC in your way to spoil it....The house was top notch, materials used were high end and the workmanship was incredible. This house is everything you need to get away from your getaway ie, wind down after hiking all day. We sat by a fire with a glass of wine and sat and looked out that amazing window while our kids whirled around the HUGE living room. The master bathroom is perfect and a real place to get away too.....except the view in the rest of the house makes sure you don't spend too much time in there.

The owners are incredible too, met Don and he was just a real guy with a real life, real down to earth and very nice. If you rent make sure you try to meet up with them. So accommodating and just sweet people. We LOVED the house and our time there, we will be back for sure, this is by far our Favorite VRBO house ever. And its away from town, gets you away from the summer chaos and puts you quietly perched on a mountain looking at Glory!
