Large 40m² studio located in the heart of Paris, in a pedestrian street, on the 1rst floor (not ground floor) of a Parisian building, accommodates 5 people maximum. Rental price per person and per night 238 Euros. Several apartments in the same building can accommadate up to 32 people. The studio includes : an entrance, a main room with a bedroom separated by curtains with a double bed for 2 persons, a sofa bed for 2 persons (160x190), a bed for a child, an open equipped kitchen, a shower room, separate WC.Television with international channels, DVD driver, HIFI, Internet access ADSL/WIFI. Linen, towels, hairdryer, crockery, cooking utensils, iron & board, vaccum cleaner are supplied.

Tourist attractions : Châtelet, Les Halles shopping mall, Beaubourg and Centre Pompidou, Musée du Louvre, the Seine.

Touristic and historical district, located in the Heart of Paris, few blocks from the Louvre and quartier latin, Place Saint Michel,Tuileries, Opera, Concorde, and Vendome Place. Short walk to the Rue Saint Honoré and rue de Rivoli. Best Three subway stations from Champs Elysées, Chatelet, Marais, and Notre Dame. Perfect place to discover Paris with restaurants, typical and fashioned shops.

In the Louvre Museum area, in a 18th century building, charming and new studio, Rue de la Ferronnerie. 1st district, with elevator, sleeps 2/4 people, overlooking a walking street.
