Rent a fantastic Sarasota Florida Golf Condo.

Condo on 3rd floor with great view of the 8th hole of this fantastic golf course. We are on the top floor close to the elevator. 2 Bedroom, 2 Baths. King Size in Master, 2 Twin Beds in 2nd Bedroom. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen, clothes washer and dryer, dining area, living room and screened lanai. Approximately 1400 Square Feet of living space.

Cable TV with 42' Flatscreen TV in Living Room with DVD Player. 32' Flatscreen TV in Master Bedroom. Small TV in Guest Bedroom.

Fun and challenging golf course for all levels of play. Other amenities include, country club dining, swimming pools, tennis courts, exercise room and much more. The pool is right outside the door along with the Tennis Court. There is a larger main pool, hot tub, lighted tennis courts and excercise facility at the Clubhouse.

Condo is located only 5-10 minutes away from Siesta Key - a world class beach. Other close Beaches are Turtle Beach (Sea Turtles nest here in the fall), Casey Key Beach and Venice Beach. Great shopping dining and entertainment all close.

Great Condo in StoneyBrook Golf and Country Club. Monthly Rental allows renters to transfer golf membership and pay greatly reduced greens fees for the length of the stay. Optional fees for golf are; Approximately $250 to transfer golf membership for a stay of 1 month or greater. Approximately $35.00 Greens Fee for 18 holes and Cart. Membership includes immediate family only (Husband, Wife and Children under 21).

Why The Owner chose Sarasota

We bought this great condo because of the location. It allows us to stay and play on a great golf course while being minutes away from world class beaches. We are close to everything here and we have a nice quiet retreat at the same time.

What makes this condo unique

We can play golf, enjoy the pool, clubhouse dining and the exercise room right here in Stoneybrook. Our family loves going to Siesta Key and Turtle Beach and they are only a 5-10 minute drive. Publix, Target and Walmart are all close by as well as Movie Theatres and the Shopping Mall. Great restaraunts all around. This location is fantastic!

I stayed at this condo twice for golfing vacations. What a great place! Very clean, close to everything and really enjoyable. Great golf courses all around the area and good beaches too. Loved it here!

My wife and I have stayed at this Condo multiple times. We came back because of the great location and the Condo is exceptionally clean. I really like the golf course and my wife loves the pool and the beach. Close shopping and washer/dryer in the condo are great. The condo is in perfect condition and has everything you need. We like to eat on the porch because of the nice view. Hope we can come back soon!
