Dishwasher and washing machine offer a high degree of convenience and comfort for 6 holidaymakers. The garden, with its many pines and enclosed by hedges has its own swimming pool.

This suburb of Conil has its own character and leaves its own impression: 20 years ago, a large pine forest directly adjoining the sea was found to offer an ideal backdrop for holidaymakers and their lifestyle. Since then, development has continued and this spot now displays the most exclusive and richest collection of villas and mansions in the south of Andalusia. There are many attractive villas, all laid out in an American style. However, the main attraction is the long sandy beach. The properties are built on extensive plots, most have pools, and all have wonderfully tended gardens. Peace and seclusion prevail here, and it is slightly more expensive. But come and see for yourself!
