Classic Antique Cottage Style home with many recent updates and comforts added. This lovingly maintained home includes a master on the first floor which was recently built as an addition to an early 1900's cape style home. The master includes a new claw foot soaking tub with separate tumbled marble shower, walk in closet, beautiful raised hearth fireplace, cherry king spool bed and custom bedding/drapery. The Bosch washer and dryer are located in close proximity to the master bedroom for your convenience. The kitchen has been updated with a Viking gas range and is well appointed for the experienced chef. Tasteful comforts include Jotul woodstove in the living room, a farmhouse table with Windsor style chairs in dining area and beautifully refinished pine floors throughout the first floor adorned with oriental and hooked rugs. Furnishings are appropriately matched and pristine. All linens are top quality.
