This unit is centrally located to Tampa, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and Tarpon Springs. It is located in a quiet area that affords the peace and privacy you seek on vacation.

Movies, malls, shopping, theatres, tours, parks, movies, tourist attractions, and varied sports and activities are available. Please note that a three month minimum reservation is required.

Owner covers first $50 of each month's power bill. The property association asks for a three month rental requirement.
