ambiance. Building is right on north end of beautiful and quiet

Sunny Isles Beach. Resort is next to Miami Beach and Aventura.

Enjoy access to all that Sunny Isles, Miami Beach, and Aventura have

to offer such as world-renown restaurants, shopping malls, and most

relaxing spas. No-Smoking Condo. Linen is provided. Renters also enjoy free valet-parking for one vehicle, laundry on-site,

very clean, beautifully decorated everything as detailed in description, very home oriented , well situated, owner great and very helpfull, close to all, within walking distance (10min) , short drive from large shopping center, great for mature couple . Everything you need pool, ocean, sun, very nice staff and also helpful and polite. Definatly want to return again .Its small so easy to keep clean. Only negative , no balcony or window to open. Easy to look over with all you get for a very acceptable price.
Recommended for:  Age 55+

Small, but great

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable unit at the Marco Polo Resort. It's small, but very functional and was easy to make meals, relax and sleep without tripping over yourself. Appliances all worked, bed was comfortable. The upgrades to the kitchen, bath, flooring are very nice and make you feel you're in a high end condo. A great value.

The Marco Polo resort itself is a tired property. The unit has no direct outdoor access and a very limited view of the ocean if you look carefully across a big rooftop. But we used it as a base of operation to explore local beaches and activities so were happy to be so comfortable in such nice surroundings while we were in the room.

Owner was friendly, helpful and we had no problems with parking, internet access or arrival / departure details.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing
