3 bedrooms plus bunk loft sleeps 12, 2 full bathrooms plus 1cellar full bathrm

One acre lot and big driveway for several cars. When entering the first floor it is centered around a fireplace and large kitchen table. Two bedrooms on main floor with full bath. One loft bedroom plus loft bunk area and full bathroom on second floor. The loft overlooks the main living area and has great view of Bromley Mountain. The basement of the house has a washer and dryer in the boiler room, a full bathroom and cement floor rec area. The main floor has TV with DVD/VCR. House is equipped with forced hot water heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave oven, electric stove, refrigerator. A bar counter top surrounds the kitchen. The entire wall of the main floor is lit up with glass facing Bromley Mountain giving you the feel of really being in the forest. This area always has snow in the winter so be sure to have good tires. The TV has basic cable connection and the Telephone is good for local calls. Long distance calls require your calling card.

Beds/Towels: MUST BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS/COMFORTERS/TOWELS/LINENS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THEM AS PART OF RENTAL.

Situated on a dirt road in the Green Mountain National Forest. Close to an old ski area called Snow Valley which is fun to explore. Only 2 miles from Bromley Ski Area, 6 miles from downtown Manchester Outlet Shopping Areas. Stratton Mountain access road is about 6 miles away. For swimming there is the little known Stratton reservoir off of route 30 only 4 miles away. Also Hapgood State Park with its crystal clear pond for swimming in summer only 8 miles away and Emerald Lake State Park. Nice view of Bromley from living room. Winter is all about the skiing and summer is great for hiking/swimming and much more.

Take the Snow Valley road off of Rte. 30 if snowing because when you turn onto Sylvan Ridge it is not as steep as if you go up Signal Hill road.

Please leave furnace room door open.
