This is the greatest location in downtown Salt Lake City! Walking distance to Energy Solutions Arena, Salt Lake Convention Center, LDS Conference Center, Temple Square, museums, shopping, clubs, dining, and many other venues! If you love skiing, snowboarding, or any other snow sports, this is the place for you; it's just a short 15 minute drive to several resorts, and not much farther to many others. This condo has a private garage, washer and dryer, full kitchen, four flat screen TVs, and several roll-away beds. Maximum Occupancy is 6 people.
This condo is beautifully decorated and very clean.
If the date you are looking for is blocked out, let us know. We are taking hard reservations 60 days out. We can pencil you in for dates further out but they will not go hard until 60 days prior to arrival.

It is close to Downtown Salt Lake City, University of Utah, BYU SLC Center, Westminster University, Airport, Ski Resorts, Canyons, Lagoon Amusement Park, Conference Center/Temple Square, Shopping, Restaurants, etc.
Walking distance to downtown Salt Lake City, Utah Jazz games, concerts, conventions, shopping, movies, museums, etc. The master bathroom shower with two shower heads is a must-try. Having a private (the kids call it 'rock-star') entrance to the mall makes quick trips to the mall much quicker. Our favorite Italian deli in all the world is a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk away - Tony Caputo's Market and Deli. The Farmer's Market (directly across from Tony's) makes grocery stores almost unnecessary in the summer months. The little ones (and not-so-little-ones) love playing in the fountain at the Gateway (google image search gateway mall fountain). The condo is a great place for family vacations and a wonderful, quiet place for private getaways or business trips.
We absolutely loved this condo! It was by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed in (from vrbo.com) It was very well decorated, equipped, and roomy but had that home feel to it! How great was it that we had our own personal garage and private entrance to the Gateway Mall! We can not wait to return!! Our next trip to SLC we will definitely stay in this condo!!
we stayed in this condo for first two weeks of December - it was perfect for our party of 6 with everything we needed including garage for our rental car, great well equiped kitchen & walking distance to City centre. We appreciated the little extras like ski gloves which we borrowed for a days skiing Park City & dvd's for night spent in. The Jingle Bell bus was fantastic - a free bus service in December between Gateway & City Creek which facilitated us attending concerts & dinners in the City without having to park or walk in the cold. Will definitely recommend this condo to our friends.
We loved the condo, beautifully decorated and walking distance to so many places. Garaging parking was a bonus. Spotless upon arrival and included bottled water and bakery treats.
La Jolla Groves was a wonderful restuarant and we spent several hours on Antelope Island, what a gem!
We loved this condo. There were 4 adults and 4 small children (all under 3 years old) and this place was perfect for us.
The decor was beautiful. Everything in the home seemed to be pretty high end and high quality. The kitchen was fully stocked, even with kids utensils, plates, and cups which we really appreciated because we neglected to bring our own. There was even a whole basket of toys for the kids in the hall closet which the kids loved. The guys in our group had tickets to the March Madness tournament at the Energy Solutions arena and were able to walk there in 5 minutes. The moms and kids were able to walk out the door and into the Gateway mall. They have an awesome children's museum that both of our families enjoyed. We loved eating at Red Iguana which was only 5 minutes away. The adults in our party went to the Bayou for dinner and then to Keys on Main which is a hilarious dueling piano bar. We took a cab and it was only $5 each way for all 4 of us! TRAX is also right down the street, but it was cheaper and faster to take a cab.
The garage was great to have and we were able to fit both of our SUVs in there. The house itself had lots of room and even with 8 people we never felt cramped. They provided everything we could possibly need.
I would highly recommend this condo. It truly was the best location downtown had to offer, and we loved having so much to do so close to us. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home!
This condo is an outstanding 'base camp' for all your adventures in Salt Lake City.
Whether you need a place to stay for work, play, or family, this condo is perfectly situated to handle your needs. It's easily accessible to downtown, with major downtown businesses and attractions within walking distance (and many more accessible by the nearby light rail). A major retail mall (with restaurants, a movie theater and the Children's Museum) is almost literally right out the back door. The development also has a really good workout room as well.
The condo itself is spacious, very well appointed, extremely clean and feels very new. The kitchen is a great gathering place for friends or family, an it is extremely well stocked (even down to the huge jar of Peppermint Patties waiting for you on the table).
This space is exceptionally family-friendly too, with multiple roll-away beds available for use (I believe there are four or five of them), a high chair, and even a toilet with double seats: one for adults and one for little ones. As a dad myself, I certainly could appreciate that. There are also more than ample blankets and pillows for all to use.
I can't say enough about this property, but must also add that the owners were delightful to deal with. My party and I will definitely be staying here again, that's for sure!
This was our second stay at this beautiful home away from home for the USANA convention. The Hiltons are so very nice and easy to work with. You cannot ask for more. We love staying here as it is close to everything. We shopped at a little grocery store, ate at great restaurants at Gateway mall and we walked to ES arena and Salt Place convention center for our meetings. The condo is comfortable luxury. Very spacious, and everything you need is there! We packed light because we were able to wash our clothes. It is an oasis after long days. My words are lacking to describe this wonderful place. We didn't want to leave! Thank you Jack and Marci for a wonderful experience!
