Welcome to our well appointed Allison Condominium located in North Scottsdale. Easy access to Loop 101 takes you everywhere - golf, shopping, dining, nightlife and attractions.

Resort style living awaits you. This ground floor unit with patio overlooking a green space is a short walk from the heated pool and hot tub, gazebo and BBQ area. Professionally decorated unit includes maple cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a full size washer and dryer. A large walk in closet and chest of drawers provides ample storage. Queen size bed with pillow top mattress & luxury linens. The living-room boasts a 42'' flat screen TV and leather sleeper sofa and chair. Land line, Cable TV and Internet included.

Vacation Rental Description: This tranquil ground floor unit features a private patio overlooking a green space, with the surrounding landscape a mix of green lawns, shrubs, flowers and palm trees. This unit is in a quiet area of the complex, assigned covered parking is a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was clean and peaceful. The grounds are immaculate and quiet. It is easy to find something to do within walking distance. The park across the street with tennis courts is an added bonus. We would love to come back again soon! Thank you.

Fabulous February Rental

Juanita was very pleasant and easy to do business with.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The description and pictures left us with no surprises. Everything we needed was available for us. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and the whole condo was tastefully decorated.

This condo was very close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping in general in all directions. Also, the highway was close to get on to take us wherever we were headed.

There was absolutely no road noise to be heard and overall a very quiet place.

We enjoyed the Arabian Horse Show in February, it is really something to see. We also took advantage of the free trolleys in Scottsdale when we visited Old Town, the Fashion Square, Riverwalk, etc. We also went on the Dolly Steamboat on Canyon Lake that was very beautiful. On the weekends we went to several swap meets in Apache Junction and Mesa. And, we took advantage of the close proximity to the local casinos. Not to miss, in our opinion, is a trip to South Mountain Park. The views of Phoenix and the airport from there were fabulous.

The condo was very clean when we arrived and it was easy to keep clean while we were there. We enjoyed having the full-size washer and dryer to use also.

We never saw a bug of any description while we were in Scottsdale.

Overall, we had a very nice stay in Scottsdale and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful area.

Since my husband and I are both keen golfers,Scottsdale seemed an obvious destination to include on our month long holiday.Juanita's condo stood out from all the ones I had seen,great reviews,beautifully appointed and conveniently located.It didn't disappoint! Juanita was a delight to deal with,answering all the questions I threw at her!I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to our friends who decide to travel to Scottsdale!

Loved the Condo @ Allison

My husband and I arrived at the Condo in April and were thrilled from the minute we stepped in the door. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. It was a great place, centrally located, well equipped, secure and beautifully furnished (and the bed was very comfortable). It was quiet, and just a short walk from the main pool where we did a lot of relaxing. We enjoyed our time there. Juanita had maps and helpful ideas in the welcome book, even making it more inviting.

We went to a Phoenix Coyote Hockey game in Glendale (playoffs), Jazz bar in Kierland Commons, Dinner & drinks at the movie theatre (which we have never seen before), drove the entire 101 - north, south, east and west (too many things to mention). While in Scottsdale, they hit record temperatures of 105 degrees, which is hotter than we have ever experienced, so had to take it easy for a few days (and just spent them by the pool).

We loved our time in Scottsdale, and would definitely stay at The Allison Condo again.
