We consider ourselves so lucky that we found this property. We love the accomodations. It was clean, roomy, very well maintained and has fabulous views of the harbor and hillside. It really felt like a home away from home. Everything you need is there from beach cruisers to barbecue. Working with Kim, the owner, was wonderful. It felt like we were dealing with a friend. Part of what drew us to this condo were the previous reviews by other travelers. I am so glad that we didn't rent one of the units in the "flats". The view here was just to great to pass up. We love that there are two decks, both with a table for seating, to take full advantage of the views. This was our second visit to Catalina. During our first visit last year we stayed at a hotel in the canyon. The room was small and not very well maintained. We knew we wanted something better this year. Traveling with a family of six, it can sometimes be difficult to find accomodations that really work without that cramped feeling. This condo was great. We had plenty of room for everyone and it just felt so comfortable. We hope to make several more visits to Catalina with family and friends. This condo will definitely be our choice for next time.
