Gorgeous beach front house, only one step from the beach. It has a private access to the beach. The house has 4 bedrooms all in suite, and 1 social bathroom. It has a barbecue space, a garden, a pool and beautiful balconies with beach view. It is located at Portezuelo, 15 minutes by car from downtown Punta del Este. The house is only 2km far from Punta Ballena and Casapueblo. You have a Golf Club very close (5 minutes by car) You have a commercial center with restaurants, and supermakerts very close . Activities you can do nearby: horseback riding on the beach at sunset, fishing, rent boat and many more!!! Enjoy everything Punta has to offer, but live at a beautiful house in a much calmer place to enjoy your vacations.

I´m a 53 years old woman with 4 children, I live in Montevideo, Uruguay, a very calm and friendly city. I work in health area and I love so much the beach and the sunset views that I enjoy from my house. I constructed my house thinking that is the place I would like to live when I retire of my activities and maybe become a romantic writer. I love when my family and my friends come to my home and feel it´s like theirs, so this house is an open house every day, all the year.

Because is the best place for destressing having time for myself and my family. It´s 1 hour distance of my city home, It´s very easy to pick up my car and go and spend the weekend with family and friends. You can make many activities in group, riding horses, playing cards, puzzles. Some things are unique, like enjoying incredibles swimmings in the ocean, including night baths, under the full moon light or seeing the sunset with Casapueblo as a witness. 'El Club del Lago' (The Lake Club) has a golf course, spa, tennis, and many amenities it´s 10 minutes far from my home. The beach in front of the house, is a large bay and has more than 10 miles of white sand and beautiful water where you can make walking promenades, horseback and biking ridings.

In a peaceful and quiet environment you can access in 15 minutes to one of the most beautiful summer city in the world, Punta del Este. Also José Ignacio, Manantiales beach, Montoya beach, or Montevideo in 1 hour and Buenos Aires by plane in 45 minutes. The airport is only 5 kms far from the house. You can enjoy the Casinos, theaters, cinemas, the best restaurants and antiques and art galleries.

Shopping mall, and the best brands of clothes, shoes, leathers and wool in the world. You can go to Isla de Gorriti in 10 minutes and Isla de Lobos in 30¨ by boat, from the port.
