We LOVE Bell Bay!

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this is it. There are two cottages on one large lot with stunning views. This is a residential neighborhood, so it's very quiet and PRIVATE. We have rented both cottages for five years and they are always spotless upon arrival. What you see on line is accurate and you can't beat these prices in the area. There is a state park with a large beach within walking distance via trails that start at the end of the street, or it is a 2 minute drive. You can also swim right off the property in the bay but we like the waves at the beach. A launch for smaller boats is in the bay right at the other end of the street.
There are 3 other great inland lakes with nearby launches, plenty to see and do both north and south of this location, and the drive into Alpena is a breeze. Fish, swim, tube, waterski, shop, sightsee, tour the lighthouses, hike, dine out, grill at the cottage, there really is something for everybody.
Please keep in mind, these are cottages. No whirlpool tubs or steam showers here. Everything has always worked properly for us. One year a prior guest broke the kitchen faucet in the 2 bedroom cottage. There was a note on the table letting us know, and the caretaker was back with the proper parts within 20 minutes of our check-in time and had it replaced and working and was on his way in another 10. You have access to his number should anything go wrong.
CLEAN, QUIET, GREAT VIEWS, CRYSTAL CLEAR WATER!!!!!
