SD K302 is a home away from home, comfortable and well-maintained. It's on the third floor of a beachfront elevator building steps from the sand beach and Sanibel's shells and birds. It features a living room with comfortable chairs, a queen size sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV with a DVD and a floor to ceiling window wall opening onto the screened balcony that overlooks the beach and Gulf.
The master bedroom, with a queen size bed, has its own TV, dressing area and bathroom with an oversized walk-in stall shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom.

The dining room with a 'Florida' style table opens into the living room and kitchen, which is completely equipped with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and small appliances. The dishwasher and refrigerator are upgraded, as is a smooth top electric range.
WiFi is available throughout the unit.
A large swimming pool surrounded by reclining beach chairs is conveniently located at the end of the building.
Gas-fueled grills are available in the parking lot near the K Building elevator.

ABOUT SUNDIAL AMENITIES
Sundial is the largest condominium complex on Sanibel with 407 privately owned one bedroom; two bedroom; two bedroom den and three bedroom units. Approximately half the privately owned units are rented through the 'Sundial Hotel' and can be rented daily if you wish. When renting through the Hotel a guest receives daily maid service and an amenities access card.
The other half of the privately owned units are rented through a number of Vacation Rental Companies and generally rent for at least 30%-40% less than through the Hotel. With these units you do not get daily maid service or an access card for the Club house pool (there are many other pools on the property that you can use free) & Tiki bar or other amenities. You can choose a specific unit to rent with a Vacation Rental Agency (specific bedding, furnishings and location). When renting through the Sundial hotel, you learn where your condo location is when you arrive.
When you rent from a Vacation Rental Agency you can still purchase an amenities card, the cost is $25 per adult (over 12) per day. . The amenity fee is to be paid directly to SUNDIAL and you will be given proper ID by the hotel. This fee allows unlimited access to:
