Great Value! Enjoy this bright, relaxing condo in a water front building at Burnt Store Marina and Country Club, designing the perfect vacation whether a week or several months. The Burnt Store gated community offers direct access to Charlotte Harbor with fantastic fishing and boating, or ferry service nearby to Cayo Costa State Park. Swimming in the pool devoted to building residents, golfing at the 27-hole course, tennis or simply biking or walking on the beautifully landscaped paths can be part of your plan. Then, add shopping in the nearby Punta Gorda historic district or Fisherman’s Village, or an afternoon on Pine Island or shelling on Sanibel. Mix in some time to simply enjoy the 3rd floor tree top view from the lanai, reading a book and sipping your favorite tropical beverage.

The condo has 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 twin beds), each with a TV, and associated baths, large closets, in-unit laundry, well equipped kitchen and is fully furnished down to the colorful beach towels. The living area is bright and comfortable; TV, CD and DVD player.

Burnt Store is such a beautiful development, flowers galore and lots of green space creates a peaceful get away without the frequent Florida winter crowds. The availability of the pool, golf, tennis and the inter-coastal waterway allow for as much activity as you choose.

What makes this condo unique

We have visited many gulf coast communities over the past five years and found Burnt Store to be a high quality development with great amenities; wonderful on-site restaurants and frequent live music at the marina side bar.

The condo was very nice and the owner was extremely accommodating. The location is beautiful and very convenient for boat owners. It is a bit far from restaurants and shopping. There are many activities within the development for golfers, tennis players, and boaters.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing
Owner's Response: It is really gratifying to have satisfied visitors to my condo. There are two very good restaurants at Burnt Store, one with frequent musical entertainment and outdoor as well as indoor dining. An onsite deli is also available to provision you for the day's activities or last minute food items.

Condo was beautiful, clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very well stocked. The master bed was very comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed having the 27 hole golf course close by. The only downfall was that we had to leave the gated community in order to get to the public entrance to the golf course as we did not have a pass for the inside gates. Burnt Store is located approximately 15 miles from Punta Gorda so you do need a vehicle to get around. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. Pat is very easy to deal with.

Everything went well...very nice place...enjoyed the whole community...went for walks every morning...played golf and enjoyed the pool.
