Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Palm Desert Townhome located at Palm Valley Country Club. This is a beautiful newly updated home with a panoramic-view of Palm Valley's Challenge course from the living-room, breakfast nook and spacious outdoor patio.
The first thing you'll notice upon entering this 2,500 sq ft home are the cathedral ceilings of the living room and dining area. Also, the high ceilings of the entry way. The dining room seats eight comfortably and is lighted by sky lights as well as recessed lighting. To the left of the entry way is the Island- inspired living-room. Couches with Palm-tree adorned pillows, tropical trees, a wall-mounted flat-screen tv, DVD player, CD player, wood cabinets/tables and a fireplace are there for your entertainment. In addition, sliding-glass doors, covered with plantation shutters, open the living area up to the large patio with grill and fairway view.
From the patio, you can also enter into the home's breakfast nook. The seating area has a rectangular table with four chairs, as well as a built-in desk with high-speed Internet access. The master suite has a King-size bed plus vaulted ceilings, sliding glass doors w/ plantation shutters, mirrored walls, sculpted wood night-stands and dresser, TV plus a comfy chair for visitors. The sliding glass doors open to your own private patio. The bathroom has both a tiled stall shower and oval tub. It has duel sinks with duel granite vanities and it leads to a walk-in closet the size of most bedrooms.
A second bedroom has a queen-size bed with rot-iron posts, 2 night-stands, dresser, TV and a great view of the adjacent pool/spa area directly next door to the home.
A third bedroom has a bunk-bed with one twin and one full-size bed. Like most rooms, it receives plenty of sunshine through the plantation shutters.
With tile floors in most living areas, high ceilings, skylights, new furniture (purchased April, 2005), granite countertops throughout, new electronics and more, this Palm Valley home is sure to please the most discriminating taste.
