The patio also has a partial wood ceiling with two ceiling fans, plenty of plants and cacti. The living room has a fireplace, ceiling fan, sofa, end table, coffee table and plush comfortable chair. White plantation shutters allow plenty of afternoon desert sun into the west-facing window. The adjacent dining room has a ceiling fan, new glass-top table and four chairs. Sliding glass doors open to a back patio that sits on a green-belt and winding walkways.

The partially-covered back patio faces the eastern rising sun and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. The house has a full kitchen with newer white appliances, white-wash cabinets, and an eastern facing window. The master bedroom has a King size bed with private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. The third bedroom is a den with a sofa, coffee table and large TV. The house also comes with an attached two-car garage, four fruit trees and a juicer.
