House, 5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 5-12 in beds, not including couch pull-out)

Rocky Point is known as a small fishing community that treats the tourists like family.

Welcome to our home on the beach!!

Our home is located in a 24 hour gated and guarded community in Las Conchas. We are privately owned and our home is well maintained and clean.

The main house centers around a magnificent octagonal shaped Great Room, topped with a brick dome 'boveda' ceiling. The court yard separates the main house and the guesthouse/garage.

There are several outstanding features about our tastefully decorated five bedroom, four bathroom home. We have a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, a spacious great room, TV, VCR, HD Blue Ray DVD Player, Internet, Satellite TV, Surround sound, beehive fireplace, over 2,500 living space, and a large patio deck that overlooks the ocean. For your convenience there is an outside shower where you can rinse after a day of fun in the sun on the beach. Home includes a/c and central heating.

This home sleeps up to 12 comfortably, in private bedrooms, with 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the guesthouse. All 5 bedrooms have plenty of extra bedding, pillows and are decorated with luxury bedding and accessories. The master suite has a California king size bed with an incredible ocean view and a private bath. The second bedroom has two full beds and a full bathroom just outside it's door. Bedrooms 3 and 4 (ocean view) each have queen size beds, shared by a full bathroom just across the hall from each other. The 5th bedroom is in the guesthouse and has a queen size bed and bathroom.

The large patio features: a huge gazebo with a custom bar, built in charcoal barbecue & 1 fire pit...perfect for entertaining, watching the dolphins and whales and of course... watching the most amazing sunsets.

It is the perfect house for family gatherings or reunions! Come and create memories that last a lifetime!!

Hi-we love to get down to Las Conchas, but can't make it as often as we would like, so we are happy to rent the beautiful beach home to people who will respect our property. If you like fine decor and amenities and are willing to pay for the extra details, we are the right place for you. The home provides: art work, candles, multiple table decors, serving platters, blender,coffee maker, toaster, juicer, hair dryers, all bathroom amenities, ipod docking station, cabinets in kitchen have spices, oils, flour, salt, pepper, and sweetners. We provide beach chairs (4) and ice chests so you don't have to worry if you fly and travel light.

Rates are negotiable and children are always welcome!

We had the best time

My wife and I along with two other couples went down to Rocky point in February. The house was absolutely beautiful, right on the beach in a gated community. The town has many activities from dune buggy and quad rentals to great restaurants. We also went to the docks and bought fresh seafood that we grilled on the beach at the house. The house has a wonderful outdoor patio and gazebo area with barbecue. We also had Wi-Fi, TV, music and a fire pit. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners made sure we felt at home. We spent most of our vacation outside on the beach. My wife and I also received professional massages on the beach. It was truly a wonderful vacation and a wonderful place to stay. We can't wait to go back.

This home was wonderful for our combined family trip! There is ample space for all of our needs and walking right out on to the beach was wonderful each morning. The kids all had a ball and we will definitely rent this one again!

The house was just as the pictures described, beautiful beach location, quiet and the weather was perfect, in the low 80's during the day. We had a family birthday celebration (75th). The owner was happy to help us. The Information Notebook she sent was very helpful and greatly appreciated. We would highly recommed this home. Clean and well maintained. Beautiiful SUNSETS...

Realistic Vacation

I have been wanting to go to Mexico for years. I have seen many pictures and watched some Travel Channel shows on what to do and where to stay in Mexico. When I have travelled in the past, the place where you stay is alot more glamorous in your head than when you see it in person.

The house had a "make yourself at home" feel. I never felt like I was staying at someone's house. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well! Walking out onto the patio and viewing the beach was a definite bonus.

It is apparent that the owners love this house and have made a great effort to ensure that you experience the same feelings they have.
