Photos and Description of the Belmar vacation house rental
4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, large living space.

Our home is a large house with 4 bedrooms, we use the 5th bedroom as a TV room but there is a pull out bed in it if needed. 2 of the rooms have private full baths, there are also an additional 2 full bathrooms, Great for two families, each having private bathrooms. There is also a brand new out door shower to rinse off after the beach. Large oversize living room, sun room, closed in private porch. Gourmet kitchen, full basement with laundry. Private back yard. This is a classic home built in 1925, completely renovated for modern life, new water service (plenty for everyone to shower at once) and new power service to run all those gadgets. Brand new private master baths, 2 of them! Once you arrive toss you car keys in a drawer, walk to town walk to the beach! Never worry about having that 2nd drink at one of the great restaurants in town, your walking. Beach Badges are there for you to use on the beautiful soft beach a short walk from the house. Another Incredible Stay

Another stay that left us refreshed at the Beach. This is our 2nd summer staying here and we look forward to many more. The kitchen has everything you need, except the food, to make delicious meals morning, noon and night. We quickly settled in because there is just the right place for everything. And with all the bathrooms we never were waiting in line to shower. Even when there was a problem with the refrigerater the landlord was very accomodating. As well as providing beach chairs and badges were a great plus. There was construction going on next door but that didnt bother us since they were gone by the time we got back from the beach anyway. Another plus is that the house is centrally located to the beach AND Strollos Italian ice!! Something we took advantage of almost every night. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Exactly what we needed-Relaxation

We are so depressed the vacation is over. Its taken us a few days to get back to our schedule. I still didnt know what day it was when I woke up this morning. The weather was perfect all week. Funny thing we actually wanted a stormy day just to stay in/shop. And we got it, call us crazy I guess. But the house was just so comfortable and fully accommodating that we couldn't stay away.
It was a short walk to and from the beach. And It was refreshing to know when we finished our days at the beach that we would coming home to such a great and relaxing house. The outdoor shower was so clean and a convenient plus. We love how close it is to many shops, restaurants...and especially Strollos, some of us walked there almost every evening. Surely a safe neighborhood and It definitely gave us a home away from home feel. Sean was very helpful to send us the area "hotspots" all to help us have a enjoyable stay in Belmar. We would love to stay again next year, we are already discussing our plans.

We had a great week at house. When we first walked in we were all like, "WOW". more than what pics showed on website. Very clean and spacious, we actually kept getting lost when we first arrived. Great kitchen, wanted to take home with us. All the bedrooms and bathrooms spacious and beautiful. ac's in all rooms. big dining room table. All sat together 4 kids plus us and room for more. Outdoor shower very nice. Quiet residental area, short 4 block walk to beach. Sean great sent email with pt.pleas deals on line at Easter. Follwed by email before arrival with spots to hit while down in Belmar. Strollos highly recommended and we loved it. Cant wait to go back, cant say enough good things. Thanks for a great pad
