Pure Relaxation

It is with great regret that we had to leave your wonderful condo. Although the weather was a mix of rain and sun during our stay, we had a wonderful time relaxing on the beach, playing some golf and eating out. We did find a few new places you may want to try. On Easter we had a wonderful dinner at the Beach Walk at Henderson Inn. It was pricey and upscale (everything is a la carte) but outstanding food and service. Definitely a special occasion dinner. The crab cakes and grouper were the best I ever had. We also had a great dinner at a Thai restaurant, called Royal Orchid Thai Cuisine. It's close by on Rt 98. The other place we went for breakfast was Another Broken Egg - - - you should definitely try the beignet biscuits!! YUM!!
Your unit has all the modern amenities one could ask for. It was nice to just relax in the comfort of your living room overlooking the Gulf on one very rainy day and just watch TV on your flat screen TV. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. The sand is like silk between your toes and nearly as white as snow, while the water was almost turquoise. On a sunny day, there is no other place I'd want to be. The beach chairs are a real plus!! My only suggestion would be to have a cooler to take to the beach to have lunch and drinks on the beach. If we drive next time, I'd bring my own, but it was too hard to bring when flying.

Owner's Response: Great recommendations, not only for the restaurants but regarding the cooler too. We usually drive and have never thought about folks who fly not having a cooler for the beach. Next time we go we'll pick one up for the condo for sure. Hope to have you rent from us again!
