Welcome to NSB and the Malibu! We are centrally located on 13 miles of white sandy beaches; our upscale building has 29 units and is a newer condominium, completed in 2007. Imagine waking to breathtaking views of the ocean, enjoying the peace of each sunrise, and the awe of each sunset. You can also walk, jog or bike-ride for miles, sun bathe, surf, swim and fish with magnificent views in each direction.

Our 3 bedroom/3 bath luxury ocean-front condo is located on the fifth floor. The interior of the condo has been newly decorated with designer furnishings, custom window treatments, and luxurious linens. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom open directly to the large balcony, which captures a panoramic view of the ocean and overlooks the pool, Jacuzzi and beach. This 2000 sq. ft. condo, with 10’ ceilings and oversize sliding glass doors provide spacious living and sparkling ocean views from the kitchen, living room & master bedroom.

New Smyrna Beach is a charming town with a mainland historic district and quaint beach-side downtown. We often describe it as “Florida’s last beach town” with all the charm and hospitality of small town USA. Watch the surfers and fishermen along the beach, bike south to Ponce Inlet or north to National Seashore and enjoy miles of panoramic views. The Malibu is conveniently located one mile south of Flagler Avenue with all its fun shops and restaurants and within walking distance to Walgreen’s (2 blocks), Publix (just down the street), and many local restaurants. Best of all, you are just moments from the beach!

We are happy to share our home with you and know you will treat our home as you would your own. We absolutely loved your condo. Everything was in great shape and was just wonderful while we were there. Since leaving, we have all commented about missing it! (Our favorite restaurants were PJs and New Smyrna Beach Steakhouse. And, we enjoyed renting the mini car on the beach.)

We travelled throughout Florida before finding our new home in New Smyrna Beach. This charming small town provides a sense of community and the downtown areas are active, with festivals and activities. We fell in love with the breathtaking hard packed beach and know you will love it too.

New Smytna Beach is the closest beach to Central Florida's theme parks and attrations, yet offers breath taking views, great restaurants, and a safe environment. We enjoy the beach, pool, exercise room, bike riding and walking on the beach and the many friendly people of New Smyrna Beach.

GREAT FAMILY VACATION!

Our family spent a week in NSB and had a great trip. The accommodations were lovely, the owners have furnished their unit beautifully and went above our expectations in making our visit perfect. The location is great for shopping and restaurants and access to the beach is right next to the building. We loved the covered parking with ample shopping carts to take items upstairs in one trip. We look forward to a return visit, just might need an extra week!!

My mother treated my family and my brother's family to a family vacation this year and we selected this condo for our stay. The spacious condo had plenty of space for 5 adults, two children and a toddler. We particularly liked the high ceilings, furnishings, and kitchen supplies. The condo was immaculate when we arrived and the property was attractive and well-maintained. The owners were very hospitable in providing nice amenities in the condo as well as detailed information about the local area. The owners seemed genuinely concerned that everything was in order for us and were willing to correct any problems that we could have encountered (which we did not).
The condo was in a great location to make day trips to the DeLeon Springs with the Old Spanish Sugar Mill Restaurant (that truly has the best pancakes you will ever eat), the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and the inlet at New Smyrna Beach.

I cannot recommend this condo enough! The owner's have thought of everything to make their home a perfect and relaxing vacation retreat. The photos don't do it justice. The ocean view, the decor, and the amenities made this a wonderful vacation for my family.

The owner's are wonderful to work with. They were very friendly and helpful in our communications both before and during our stay.

I highly recommend this property for your vacation to NSB!

THIS CONDO IS DEFINETLY A UPSCALE PLACE TO STAY. THE PHOTOS AREGREAT BUT WHEN YOU SEE IT THE PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL.THE LOCATION IS ALSO IN A GOOD AREA , YOU ARE CLOSE TO EVERYTHING YOU NEED .
