Welcome to NSB and the Malibu! We are centrally located on 13 miles of white sandy beaches; our upscale building has 29 units and is a newer condominium, completed in 2007. Imagine waking to breathtaking views of the ocean, enjoying the peace of each sunrise, and the awe of each sunset. You can also walk, jog or bike-ride for miles, sun bathe, surf, swim and fish with magnificent views in each direction.

Our 3 bedroom/3 bath luxury ocean-front condo is located on the fifth floor. The interior of the condo has been newly decorated with designer furnishings, custom window treatments, and luxurious linens. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom open directly to the large balcony, which captures a panoramic view of the ocean and overlooks the pool, Jacuzzi and beach. This 2000 sq. ft. condo, with 10’ ceilings and oversize sliding glass doors provide spacious living and sparkling ocean views from the kitchen, living room & master bedroom.

New Smyrna Beach is a charming town with a mainland historic district and quaint beach-side downtown. We often describe it as “Florida’s last beach town” with all the charm and hospitality of small town USA. Watch the surfers and fishermen along the beach, bike south to Ponce Inlet or north to National Seashore and enjoy miles of panoramic views. The Malibu is conveniently located one mile south of Flagler Avenue with all its fun shops and restaurants and within walking distance to Walgreen’s (2 blocks), Publix (just down the street), and many local restaurants. Best of all, you are just moments from the beach!

We are happy to share our home with you and know you will treat our home as you would your own. New Smytna Beach is the closest beach to Central Florida's theme parks and attrations, yet offers breath taking views, great restaurants, and a safe environment. We enjoy the beach, pool, exercise room, bike riding and walking on the beach and the many friendly people of New Smyrna Beach.

We absolutely loved your condo. Everything was in great shape and was just wonderful while we were there. Since leaving, we have all commented about missing it! (Our favorite restaurants were PJs and New Smyrna Beach Steakhouse. And, we enjoyed renting the mini car on the beach.)

We have vacationed utillizing condos for many years. This one is by far at the top of the list. Right on the beach, Great Views, Watch the Dolphins from the Balcony. Many great dining options very close. Condo is well stocked, decorated and very comfortable. Do nothing or everything. Nothing was overlooked. Great small town atmosphere. Perfect Beach Vacation!! We would do it again in a heartbeat.

We HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE CONDO. IT WAS VERY WELL APPOINTED AND WAS STOCKED WITH A LOT OF USEFUL ITEMS IN THE KITCHEN. GREAT BALCONY RIGHT ON THE BEACH WITH AN AWESOME VIEW OF THE OCEAN. THE CONDO HAS EVERTHING YOU NEED YOU ONLY NEED TO BRING YOUR BATHING SUITE.

This condo has it all. It is in a great location and the beach was one of the best we have visited. Family friendly town and close to everything you need. The owners are easy to work with and very thorough. We have rented from VRBO before and have to say this has been the best one yet! We hope to return next year. We can not say enough good things about this condo! We had a great vacation and made memories that are priceless. We would highly recommend this property rental.

We just spent an entire glorious week in Phyllis and Dave's home away from home. From the moment of booking until the trip back home, these wonderful owners maintained constant communication with us. The condo is gorgeous, much larger than it appears in the pictures. It is impeccably furnished and immaculately clean. The beds are comfy, and the condo is supplied with everything that you need to spend a splendiferous week except your clothes, your groceries and your family and/or friends. The kitchen was so beautiful and well appointed that we literally wanted to go home and build one just like it. The view from the balcony is exquisite and we filmed 7 spectacular sunrises from that location. Phyllis and Dave even supply other outdoor chairs, which are located in a convenient closet, for you to take outside the back door and watch the sunset on the west side of the condo. This was our first visit to New Smyrna Beach and we took in the attractions on Flagler Avenue and on Canal Street, and of course we couldn't resist a delicious burger from The Breakers! We fell in love with NSB and look forward to a return visit in the very near future. Thanks Phyllis & Dave for sharing your vacation home us....it was a real blessing for our family!

Beautiful Condo

We had a very nice family vacation in NSB. Dave and Phyllis' condo is beautiful and very spacious. They were very easy to work with. The condo is much bigger than the photos show. The furniture and décor are very nice. The kitchen has everything you might want or need. We enjoyed meals and relaxing on the balcony. The unit was very secure. We appreciated the covered parking.

Canal Street and Flagler Ave have some nice shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend Pan Heads Pizza on Canal Street. Try the Flight pan sampler but save room for "The Stairway to Heaven dessert", you won't be sorry. PJ's Seafood shack was pretty good. We had an awesome breakfast at C's Waffles. Norwood's was overpriced and not that good. McKenna's was also disappointing. We DO NOT recommend Black Beards Inn. Trust me... Breakers on the beach had really good burgers and sandwiches. Banana Split Republic was great for an ice cream treat. A little hard to find though.

We took a short drive to Daytona and watched a minor league baseball game. We enjoyed an all access tour at the Daytona Speedway. We indulged in All You Can Eat crab legs at Charlie Horse in Ormond Beach. We enjoyed a round of putt-putt golf at Pirate's Cove while in Ormond Beach.

We had a very nice time in NSB. We were blessed with great weather. The condo was very nice and the location was good. We definitely recommend this condo.
