GREAT LOCATION

Loved the central location. As a family we like walking, and walked to Granville Island.
Slept 6 adults comfortably. Laundry was a nice plus. Very quiet in the condo considering it has large windows that face the main street.
Lots of great restaurants close by. The parking was a plus, as we shared one rental car. Grocery store, and Shoppers Drug Mart very close by for groceries.

A GREAT CHOICE FOR OUR FAMILY

We chose to stay at this townhouse for the four days that included our son's wedding. it was the perfect location for us, with everything we needed easily walkable, including two sky train/Canada line stations. The kitchen was ideal and included china, cutlery and glassware for 6.
We wanted a space where we could entertain, and by borrowing two folding tables and a some folding chairs, along with tableware brought from home, we were able to host 15 people for our sit-down rehearsal dinner. This gave us the perfect blend of hospitality and comfort in a relaxed environment.
We would recommend this spotless home for a family looking for comfort and the opportunity to enjoy living in Vancouver.

This condo was exactly as described. We were in the perfect location for all the wedding weekend activities. There was plenty of space and with a couple of little boys we made good use of the kitchen. VISITING FROM THE UK

We spent two weeks at this roomy, well equipped, comfortable townhouse. The main drawback was that the property gets very, very warm. Whilst there were record high temperatures for September, and although fans were provided in all the rooms, the apartment remained uncomfortably hot even at night with the fans on. It would have benefitted enormously from air conditioning.
The apartment is in an excellent location, close to Skytrain stations and the acquabus.
We had a wonderful time visiting our family in this great city.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We'll add in our owner's manual a note to the guests to leave windows open during their outdoor day activity in hot sunny weather to prevent the apartment from getting too warm in the evening. The apartment doesn't have direct sun light coming in during the afternoon and our year round mild weather pattern and close to sea does offer breeze to come through streets and between the hi-rises. Whilst it is warm inside the apartment when windows are closed all day long, the outside temperature is very pleasant and cool. Once return from your day activity, you can then close up windows and enjoy your quiet and comfortable evening.
