Off Street Parking/Public Transportation: In town convenience. Walk to everything or take a bus if you don't have a car. Head to the village for a day of skiing and come back to town to enjoy the restaurants and shopping.
Do you want to rent a car? No problem, off street parking is included with the unit.
Do you want to use public transportation? No problem, we are walking distance to two START bus stops. The START bus will take you out to Teton Village or around town.
Swing by the grocery and make yourself a home cooked meal in the full kitchen. Take the START bus free town shuttle and stop at Jackson Whole Grocer, Smiths or Albertsons.
Convenient To Restaurants: Don’t want to cook? Walk to one of the many restaurants nearby. Snake River Brew Pub for yummy pub food and beer, Pearl Street Bagels for a great cup of coffee and a bagel, Nikai for fine sushi, Snake River Grill, The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, the list goes on!

We are 3rd and 4th generation Jackson Hole residents that reside on the property. We have 3 school age children. We are very active doing everything from skiing to hiking to road and mountain biking to playing soccer after school. We have 2 dogs, 1 house bunny and 2 birds. We LOVE animals! We love living literally in the heart of downtown Jackson, yet within minutes of the Cache Creek trailhead and Snow King mountain. We love the easy access to Teton Village and the convenience of walking everywhere in town.
My husband's family settled on this property in the 1930's. We completely remodeled our house in 2000 and built the 3 unit apartment building in 1990. The 2 lots are completely fenced in with privacy yet a shared community feeling. We walk to nearby restaurants regularly. We walk out our front door and watch the 4th of July fireworks. We head to Snow King for a hike or a ski (on foot!) We hop in the car and are at the airport in 15 minutes. We take the START bus to Teton Village for a day of skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. We provide 2 rental options in one location: 1 bedroom/1 bath and a 2 bedroom/1 bath listing # 268171. Rent one or both!
