The spacious master bedroom includes a large picture window, with "Blackout" shades, and view of the landscaped back yard. A king bed, two nightstands with lamps, dresser, and flat-screen TV complete the room which also has a ceiling fan and glass door that opens to the covered patio. This bedroom connects to a private bathroom with double vanity, stall shower and private toilet area. A window, above the vanities, illuminates the room in natural light. Through the bathroom, you enter into a large walk-in closet.
Like the master bedroom, the second bedroom has a large picture window. This window, however, faces the front yard and land-scaping. A queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, tropical palm tree, ceiling fan, dresser and chair complete the room. The room is next to the second bathroom which has a bathtub.
The den can be used as a 3rd bedroom. It has a modern queen-size sofa sleeper, desk and chair. This room, like the others, receives plenty of desert sun.
Bring the outdoors in with the spacious great room with large windows that face the South-facing back yard. The great room houses a plush sofa, loveseat and unique coffee table; the table top actually lifts up and out toward the sofa, essentially converting into a "TV table". The main seating area also includes a leather armchair, and all seating surrounds a solid wood entertainment cabinet with 42" plasma TV and DVD player.
The large island kitchen offers gourmet cooks plenty of space to create delicious meals that can be shared in the adjacent breakfast nook area. Only the finest materials are used in this home. In the kitchen are tile floors, granite countertops and maple cabinets. Ample cabinet space for storage, microwave oven, 5-burner cook-top, double oven and refrigerator complete the room. The adjoining breakfast nook receives sunlight through yet another large window.
The formal dining room has an elegant rectangular wood table and four wood chairs. A sideboard, wall art and tree (fake of course) finish the room.
The house also has a large laundry room with sink, and an attached two-car garage with additional cart space for the golfer or the handy man who enjoys his own creative space. Last but not least, the house has a large, well-manicured South-facing private backyard.
