Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage a luxuriously decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located inside the Desert Princess Country Club and golf resort. This home has pristine furniture, new carpet, new paint, new appliances, new cabinets, crown- molding in every room, wood blinds, and 20" tile in the Kitchen and bathrooms. There are two adjoining patios, and an enclosed one-car garage.

The spacious master bedroom includes a king size bed, two night stands, dresser, TV with HBO, DVD player and a ceiling fan. A Sliding-glass door opens to a patio with lounge chair, table and greenbelt view. The master bedroom has plenty of closet space, and a private bathroom with skylight, tile stall shower, and double vanity.
The second bedroom has a large window with mountain views. A queen bed, nightstand with lamp, ceiling fan, dresser, TV, VCR and walk-in closet complete the room. The bedroom is next to the second bathroom which has a bathtub and double vanity.
The living room has a plush sofa, coffee table, end table and two well cushioned chairs. It is adjacent to the dining room and receives plenty of natural light from the sliding-glass door in that room.
The dining room has four elegant chairs and a thick glass-top round table. The room receives ample sunlight from two windows and the adjacent sliding-glass door.
The large full kitchen offers gourmet cooks plenty of space to create delicious meals that can be shared in the adjacent dining room. The kitchen has new white cabinets, new appliances, 20" tile floors, tile countertops, a window above the sink, fax machine and breakfast counter with two stools.
