Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 9-10)

Relax on our front or back deck with a nice cool summer drink. We are across the street from Northside Park, which has events every weekend during the summer and a playground for the kids. You can watch the fireworks on 4th of July from our back deck. We have 2 Queen Beds, 1 Full over twin bunk and a Queen Sleep sofa.

You can easily walk to restaurants and miniature golf. It is only $2.00 to ride the bus to anywhere in Ocean City all day.

Come enjoy our "home away from home!" We know you will love it as much as we do!

Why The Owner chose Fenwick Point Ocean City

I love the location of our condo in Ocean City. We can walk to almost anything we want to do. Northside Park is awesome with entertainment and a playground for the kids. We are far enough from the boardwalk, that our beach is not real crowded, but within easy driving distance to the boardwalk when you want to go there.

What makes this condo unique

The beach is just a few steps away. You don't have to pack lunch because you can easily take a break and go up to the condo for lunch and bathroom breaks! You can easily walk to some awesome restaurants or play some mini golf anytime of the day.

I highly recommend this condo. The location cannot be beat..so close to beach and near great restaurants and Northside Park -- great place to watch the sunset in the evening. The place was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. An extra bonus was the beach chairs and other beach items they had for us to use. We ate at the picnic table on the porch in the evenings and loved being able to eat outside. The owner was very easy to deal with and very willing to answer quesitons. I will definitely rent this condo again!

My family and I have stayed at Cabana Beach many times and have never been disappointed. The location is perfect - just a walk around the corner to the beach and an easy walk across coastal highway (at a traffic light) to a delightful breakfast from the "Fractured Prune" or a leisurely walk through Northside Park. In fact just about everything is withing easy walking distance from this location. The condo is well equipped for cooking a gourmet meal and has plenty of space to serve a crowd. This unit is great for a family vacation or to be shared by couples.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
