My husband and I live in Saskatchewan (1200 miles from Vancouver) Our son lives in Vancouver so we purchased this property to have a place of our own when visiting him. As well as investing in a rental property. We love our condo for its excellent location and beautiful view. We enjoy the Rec center just three blocks away for bridge. We enjoy dining out as well as cooking in and entertaining our friends. Also we love to ride our bikes around Stanley Park. We both golf but my husband is by far the better golfer. We travel and spend two months a year in Palm Springs, California.

We purchased this property because it is so close to Stanley Park, English Bay, walking and bike trails, large selection of restaurants and shopping.

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy riding our bikes, dining at the many unique restaurants, playing bridge at the Rec centre, walking on the various walkways. Our favourite walk is Lost Lagoon, only 3 blocks away with swans, squirrels, ducks, etc.

clean, well stocked, perfect location

We just finished a one week stay at this accomodation, vacationing and visiting our daughter. The condo is clean and the kitchen is well stocked with quality products. What you see in the pictures is what you get. You can't beat the location- close to Denman and Stanley Park, shopping on Robson, the waterfront, restaurants, grocery, liquor store for a good bottle of wine are all a short walk away.
Once you get your keys and park your vehicle (if needed) you are on your own to explore Vancouver. We had bikes to ride to China Town, Granville Island, Kitsilano...the condo has some vacation books- Lonely Planet, etc to help with your decisions. Greek food, East Indian, Korean, Japanese, Ukrainian, seafood within 2-3 blocks, or cook and eat your meals on the enclosed balcony overlooking West Georgia and the boats on the Waterfront.
I will recommend this condo for a vacation or business trip to my friends. Much better than a hotel stay for privacy and comfort.

Great Location, Great Apartment, Amazing Views.

Having stayed in this Condo for a number of weeks now, I can honestly say that I couldn't be happier with our stay.

We arrived here from Ireland at the beginning of the year and it really has helped to make our first few weeks in Vancouver comfortable and extremely enjoyable.

To begin, the condo itself is excellent. Plenty of space, great kitchen area, nice bedroom, extra sofa-bed and best of all, everything you could possibly need is provided, whether it be cutlery, cleaning products, blankets, internet, printer, coffee maker, parking space etc etc etc...

The views from the solarium area that we use to dine in are breathtaking. We can actually look up and see what the weather is like on the mountains before we head for the slopes at the weekend. The location is hard to beat also, we were right beside a Safeway store, close to plenty of nice restaurants, shops, the city centre, and best of all a few minutes walk from Stanley Park, English Bay and Coal Harbour, amazing.

Finally, the landlord Evelyn was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay, going out of her way to make sure that we had everything that we could possibly need.

To sum up, very very happy that we stayed in The Park Condo, it got our year off to the perfect start!
