The peacefully situated holiday home was finished in January, 2005. Perhaps you are the first person who will enjoy the new built finca? The finca is situated near the picturesque village Archez down to the Sierra de Tejeda with its more than 2000 m high mountain Maroma. All the same you can comfortably reach the beach and the Mediterranean Sea in about 25 minutes by car. You will feel very comfortable on the generous sunny or shady terraces. A fountain, a barbecue and a pool provide a relaxed atmosphere. To save you and your car an often long and uncomfortable journey, an asphalted road brings you within 100 m of the house. You can comfortably reach the Sierra Nevada on a day tour with its highest mountain, the Mulhacen (3477 m) or Granada with its mosque Alhambra. Aside from long sidewalks in the neighbourhood, bicycle and mountain bike tours, you can also choose between lots of sports like golf, tennis and diving.

The holiday home is located near the village Archez in the Axarquia down the Sierra de Tejeda in the east of Malaga. The Costa del Sol belongs to the warmest regions of the European continent and to the nicest of Andalusia. Besides sun, beach and the ocean you can enjoy high mountains, deeply carved valleys (Barancos) and unforgettable country sides. Frome the with palm trees and other Mediterranean plants decorated terrace, you have a nice surrounding into the mountains of the Sierra de Tejeda and the village Canillas de Albaida in the opposite. Besides local shopping there is a very big 'Ipermercado' in Velez Malaga and two discounters (Lidl and Plus). No matter whether you enjoy your meal at home or in a restaurant, the Andalusian food fulfils all your expectations.

Notes: Price includes fees for electricity and water. Extra 80 € for cleaning. Bed linen and towels included. 2 mountain bikes are available without charge, but no guarantee for security. As well as Astra digital with all German TV programs as Hotbird are available (more than 400 TV and a lot of Radio programs in digital quality). Beside the sitting room with TV, Sat, video, DVD and stereo all of the 3 bedrooms have TV and digital Sat-receiver. The kitchen is fitted with the most modern electronic devices like Ceran, electric cooker with sensor keys, micro wave, coffee machine, water cooker, Cappuccino/espresso machine, dishwasher, it doesn't matter whether you enjoy our breakfast or meal in the sun or shade the terraces have both: a massive table of heavy stone or a light weight table which you can move wherever you want for at least 6 persons.

Die Beschreibung des Feriendomiziles trifft es zu 100%. Es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts, komplet und in Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und gepflegtes Haus, das nur noch durch den Garten übertroffen wird. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter (durch Zufall persönlich kennengelernt), mit vielen Zusatzinformationen auf CD. Diese Finca werden meine Familie und Ich unbedingt weiterempfehlen. In Competa, ca 3-5km Entfernung, sind ausser Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etliche Restaurants und auch ein Internet-Hot-Spot nahe dem Kirchplatz. Im Umkreis von 100km hat man so viele Ausflugsziele, das 2Wochen Urlaub nicht ausreichen alle anzusteuern.

was gibt es für einen Vermieter schöneres als einen zufriedenen Gast, der mit allem, was die Finca zu bieten hat, so rundum zufrieden ist. Selbstverständlich soll diese überaus positive Bewertung des Verfassers mich beflüglen, diesen Standard auch weiterhin zu pflegen und wo es geht noch zu verbessern.
