A lovely, exclusively European apartment with 2 rooms is waiting for you in a quiet location, in the middle of the historical Art Deco district of Miami. The bright room has a balcony with view upon the romantic garden with big palm trees and tropical plants. The big balcony invites you to relax. From the living room you can get directly into the large dining room with a long dining table. Next to it, there is the open, but separate kitchen that was redecorated in 2003. In the bright bedroom with a view towards the neighbouring garden, you can find a big double bed from „lingne roset“, with a comfortable mattress. There are two bathrooms for you to refresh. In the whole apartment, there is original Florida pine parquet. You will fin everything you need here, from hair drier to linen, fax and Bose stereo. The Art Deco building was built in 1930 by the famous architect Henry Hohauser.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 1. – 7. day: per day 107.14 € (750.00) – minimum stay one week. After that each additional day: 8. – 14. day 90 – 100 €, from the 15th day: 70 – 80 € per each additional day. High season: December 15th to January 15th 157.14 € per day (1100). Summer specials: in August and September: 600 € weekly rate. In case of long term stay you naturally receive special conditions.
  • All prices: plus final cleaning 60 US $
    Electricity subsequent payment: Cation money 300 – 1200 € (depending on the duration of the stay).
    All prices include: telephone, electricity allowance of 50 US $
    Electricity consumption: Consumption exceeding: subsequent charge according to the electricity bill. Usually there is no subsequent charge necessary, since the allowance is cost-effective. (exception: permanent use of aircondition, in this case you will have to expect a remarkably higher electricity bill). An possible subsequent payment will be made after receipt of the electricity bill at the end of the monthe and will be offset with the caution money.
  • The maid can com once a week, on Thursdays/ Fridays/ Saturdays: 50 50 US$ per cleaining. She usually doesn’t wash laundry, only on special request and personal arrangement at the location for an additional payment of (approx. 20 - 30 US$).

Beach, restaurants, shopping, golf and tennis: Ocean Drive and Beach are reachable attainable within two minutes. You live lcose to the beach, three parellel streets from the beach, at the height of the former Versace House an dclose to the restaurant of Jennifer Lopez. The open air shopping mile Lincoln Road with its many cafés and restaurants is a 5 minute walk away. This way you can visit the comfortable restaurants in the evenings or enjoy cocktails without having to take the car. A spacious and newly arranged golf court and an complex with several tennis courts are very close. Tennis: in the Flamingo Park, approximately a one minute drive or a 5 minute walk. Golf: approximately 5 minute drive or 15 – 20 minutes by foot. An organic supermarket, delicatessen store, bakery, super markets and chemist’s shop.

Accoutrements: In the bedroom there is a big, built-in closet, here you can also find towels and bedlinen. Nice bedlinen and towels are present in sufficient amount. The room is decorated with antique bedstands and small chrome-lamps from the 40s for an enjoyable illumination. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large showere, providing enough room for two people. Both bathrooms are partly tiled with glass mosaiks and each have a mirror cabinet, hairdryer and curling iron. In the living room there is also a large armoire integrated into the wall, one half with a fax-machine and telephone, telephone books and videos, in the other half there is enouch room for your goods, additional clothes etc. Along with the Bose stereo you will find a CD collection in the living room.

Ihre Wohnung ist traumhaft und wir können so gut schlafen in Ihrem herrlichen Schlafzimmer, sogar mit offenem Fenster. Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal sehr wohl in ihrer liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal. Esther Fuchs aus Königstein. ** Herr und Frau Stubba kommentierten ihren Aufenthalt folgendermaßen: Wir fühlen uns wie zu Hause, schön ist es in USA zu sein und doch europäische Annehmlichkeiten zu finden. Den Balkon mit Garten genießen wir sehr und es ist sehr angenehm in einem komfortabelen Bett zu schlafen. Ihre schönen Lichtquellen erzeugen eine sehr angenehme Atmoshäre. ** Arlette Herzig aus der Schweiz: Toll! Der Strand ist um die Ecke, der Balkon ist schön mit dem Garten und Fitnesstudios sind gut erreichbar. Auch nachdem mein Mann abgereist ist, habe ich mich alleine sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Wohnung in optimaler Lage

Schöne 2 Zimmerwohnung in ruhiger und sehr zentraler Lage. 2 min zum Strand/Ocean Drive. 5 min zur Lincoln Road. Die Wohnung ist schön hell eingerichtet, hat 2 Bäder, TV, Radio/CD, voll eingerichtete Küche, kleiner aber feiner Balkon, usw.
Wir waren 8 Tage dort und würden sie immer wieder buchen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.

...sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die 2 Bäder sind sehr praktisch!
Wir haben die Zeit in dieser wunderschönen, zentral gelegenen und doch ruhigen Wohung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist optimal, Strand und Lincoln Road um die Ecke, alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, Parken auch kein Problem. Besonders schön ist es morgens oder abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und den Blick in den wunderbaren Garten zu genießen. Die Beschreibung und Bilder entsprechen der Realität und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in genialer Lage und besticht durch eine schöne und geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Meine Frau und ich haben in Miami Beach im Januar 2009 drei tolle Wochen verlebt und können bzw. werden die Ferienwohnung an Freunde und Bekannte als tolle Adresse weitergeben. Von der Zusendung des Schlüssels bis zur Abreise lief alles perfekt.

A lovely clean and comfortable holiday home that has everything you need. Even beach towels which was great because we forgot our own! It was great to be able to feel at home and make your own breakfast in the kitchen or go around the corner to the original 50s diner. Easy walking distance to beach or shops and very quiet for such a central location.
We had a great time and hope to go back and stay in your apartment again soon.
